⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Latin Culinary Gem in the Heart of Colleyville
As someone who seeks out the vibrant fusion of flavor, culture, and atmosphere, Gloria’s Latin Cuisine in Colleyville delivers a masterclass in all three. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're met with a warm and sophisticated ambiance that feels both inviting and elevated.
The complimentary black bean dip served with their chips is a revelation—earthy, smoky, and utterly addictive. I could dine here for that alone. But then comes the rest of the menu: bold, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Carne Asada is grilled to tender perfection, and the Camarones al Mojo de Ajo are a garlic-lover’s dream—succulent shrimp bathed in a rich, garlicky sauce that lingers in the best way.
Their margaritas 🍻 are a standout. Balanced, fresh, and served with finesse—don’t skip the spicy version if you like a kick. Service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming.
Whether you're looking for a lively dinner, a romantic night out, or a celebratory group meal, Gloria’s sets the standard for upscale Latin cuisine without losing its soul. Colleyville is lucky to have it.
Highly recommend. A flawless experience,...
Read moreNormally we love Gloria's. We alternate between the Colleyville and Ft. Worth locations. The past two times we visited the Colleyville location, one of us got sick. I reported this to Glorias corporate facebook site on 7/25 after our 7/24 visit to the Colleyville location. They basically had all the information they needed at this point but asked me to use the website contact form and they would look into it. I filled out the form with my name, email, telephone, etc.
Here it is a month later and we never heard anything back. I never asked for anything in return but doing absolutely zero isn't really an option in my book. My fiancee got very sick and all she had was an order of chicken nachos and one margarita.
I am not sure who is handling customer relations but it's disconcerting that everything is going into a black hole.
I really hope food preparation and care is more stringent at the coming Southlake location. I'll never go back to Colleyville again. I've been going to Gloria's well over 15 years and I hope to continue going but someone really needs to...
Read moreI have gone to Gloria's for decades with the food hot and fresh but will NEVER go again now. I had issue with the Ubereats driver, which has nothing to do with Gloria's. However when I reordered 2hrs later I received the same ice cold disgusting food with a receipt stamped from the time I made the first order. Are you serious? Gloria's sent me returned 2hr old food?! I called Gloria's directly and spoke with the manager Ronald who never acknowledged what his restaurant did after 20 min conversation. His resolution? Talk to Ubereats. Which I had done. I am deeply disappointed and revolted, by not only that they could send out returned food but even more the manager Ronald's attitude. I found his name on the original order receipt so I'm thinking he's responsible for Ubereats orders and was the one to send out the returned food :/ NEVER AGAIN. And all Gloria's has to say is "sorry about your bad 'delivery' experience"?! Gloria's gave me returned 2hr old food!! Without apology. No like I...
