Palio's Pizza Cafe — Restaurant in Colleyville

I'm really sad we will no longer be ordering from here this was the 3rd time ordering and everything was always so tasty. . I ordered delivery at 5:40 on a Monday evening. I ordered 2 specialty medium pizzas, 1 kids pizza, and an antipasta salad for delivery. I paid the extra 5 dollar delivery fee, various charges and tipped 15% and my total went from 42$ to 56$. That's fine, I'm paying for the convenience as my husband is in post op recovery from a cancer related surgery and I understandthat. When my order arrives I'm short one $9.50 salad.... my husband was the one who ordered that as his meal. The poor delivery driver doesn't know what to do so I say I'll call them. The manager admits to me they forgot to give the driver my salad but they're so busy and only have 1 driver on staff so I can either come get it, or take a refund on the salad as slice won't come back to deliver just a salad.....first off what kind of customer service is this? If you made the mistake you make it right. Pull your driver and send the salad, so that may push back your que 10 minutes I'm 4.2 miles from the location.....there was no offer to reimburse my delivery fee if I choose to come get the salad myself no other recompense offered. Other big chains may not taste as good but at least if they mess up and forget something they...

We've eaten there, we've ordered for pick-up and we've tried delivery....it was impossible to get any kind of adequate service from anyone at the Palio's in Colleyville. Going there wasn't very enjoyable so the next time we decided to order pickup....when I went to pick up our order (one pizza) at the given time it was still not ready so I had to wait for over 30 minutes for them to finally make it (you can't leave because it's already paid for, online). Next time, we decided to try the delivery (because the in person & to go ordering sure wasn't working). 7:15pm we ordered pizza for delivery, one follow-up call about 8:00 for status (it was running late), finally at 9:00pm I called & cancel because we had to eat. They still had not started our order at 9pm when I called. I cannot bring myself to trust this place again. No service, at all, at the location in Colleyville. After so many consistent bad experiences, we can't bring ourselves to ever try them again. To top things off, they add a SURPRISE service fee of $1.50 just for ordering online (even when you drive there & go inside to get it yourself). It shows up on the receipt, after the facts. Recently, we held a considerable gathering of about 80 people. The task of managing the catering details was beginning to look like a nightmare on our budget until Palios Pizza stepped in and saved the day!

Organizing our food order very easy and the people at Palios demonstrated professionalism, a willingness to assist had some great suggestions to help us plan and size the order. The order was ready exaclty on time! (it wasn't sitting there for an hour or half way through like I have experienced at other pizza places.

We decided on a variety of their large, hand-tossed pizzas - the Classic, Pepperoni, and Cheese options for the bulk

Everyone loved it - I mean everyone, which, considering the size of the group, was truly extraordinary. without a doubt, will be at the top of our preference list for any future catering requirements in Colleyville area
