Dunkin' — Restaurant in Collier Township

Best Dunkin until the manager “Patrick” is working! He makes the WORST drinks imaginable (Taste like literal poison). I can’t believe he is handing customers that cat piss in a cup. Now I know his car, so when I see it I keep it moving. Patrick darling, I have a question for you…What would u do if you were a “Manager” at Starbucks??? All those insane customizations people want would put you in a looney bin! I simply ask for “Light ice & more concentrate..& u can UPCHARGE ME!!!”. On top of that, I tip YOUR employees very well for doing so & simply doing their job while being kind at the same time (You could learn from them). Gave this review 2 stars instead of zero only bc of the other people that work at this location.

I've been going Dunkin for a very long time and I stop at several locations. I'm not sure what is going on but I can tell you the location on Washingtin Rd Mt. Lebo was a cluster *×+# the other day. Young staff of 3 didn't seem to have any direction. Orders were backing up at the end of the counter and customers were coming lifting up items (i.e cups of coffee or bags) and found they weren't theirs so would put them back down. The same cups were handled by at least 5 to 6 customers. I don't know about you but I don't want the cup I'm going to be drinking out of handled by that many people! Forget Covid it's just gross!! I said something to one of the staff and she had a melt down. The location in Bethel/So. Park is also often backed up to 20-25 min. wait. It seems like if you are just getting a cup of coffee and nothing else the staff running the register should be able to pour it instead of it having to go to the end of the line with food orders or with people picking out a dozen donuts. There has to be a better system. Love a dunkin coffee but really need to find a way to get the long lines moving forward faster. P.s. is it me or are the cups shrinking...

I pull up at the drive-thru. No one takes my order for maybe 5 minutes. When they finally ask me what I want, I say "I want the meal deal please. I want a iced black coffee, and two bacon breakfast wraps. No cream or sugar in my coffee." Then since she clearly wasn't paying attention, the cashier asked me if I want cream or sugar in my coffee. I say no. I want a black coffee. I then pull up to the window. All three of the girls inside are playing on their phones or looking at the same monitor. They then hand me my coffee. My coffee is not a black coffee. It is a coffee with a ton of stevia in the bottom of it. Don't worry though, the girl clearly recognized her mistake and peeled off the label to try to cover up the mistake. I said that's not black, she said it was. I don't have any more time to sit here and argue with these girls if they don't understand what a black coffee is then they're probably not capable of understanding a lot of things. I don't understand how you can work at a coffee shop and hear the term black coffee and not understand that that means a coffee with no additives. Seems like something you would learn on the first...
