This afternoon I called and order a medium pizza with 8 bQ wings. I believe a young man took the order. While on the phone he was laughing and talking to another employee. While taking my credit payment, and he had to take my credit card number 3 times. Kept saying the card declined. But the card was never charged, because he kept putting the number in wrong. Therefore, when the delivery driver arrived my daughter answered the door and I was sitting on the couch, and heard the entire conversation. He said it was a cash order, not knowing the below before he got there. I said let me call the store. He yelled back "cash order" and then just left. I called the store Gena rude, and immature self answered the phone. She didn't offer any answers and while I was explaining hung the phone up while I'm talking, and did not call me back. I called back spoke with a Jarret. He seemed lucid, explained to me the credit card wasn't charged, and apologized for the previous experience, and offered to take my credit card and said he would send someone out to deliver my pizza, someone new not the same person. Because I requested a different person. I said ok. I had just hung up the phone, the previous driver knocked on my door with a pizza he's had with him now for about 45 to 1 hr. I didn't even open my door. I call back speak too Jarret. Apparently, this pizza delivery guy told Jarret he gave the pizza to me. I never got the pizza, I never saw the guy, I never signed any receipt, and now they got my money. Me and my daughter haven't eaten dinner, and these aholes just lied and bunch of thieves. I'm in shock, I wait for about another 45 minutes thinking this isn't happening. I call back. They put lizzy or Linsey the manager. She then hangs up on me too. The employees at this location can be quite nasty sometimes. They have delivered our food to the wrong locations multiple times, so part of this joke is on us, and we are first to admit it. Sometimes, employees come off as being very nonchalant and ungrateful of the amazing business and tips in which we give them. They sometimes wonโt replace our missing food and still owe us a pizza to this day. Once, pizza came with fine crushed glass grinded in it. This is not hearsay; it was I who chewed down on the glass. Yet, we continue to foolishly utilize their service, and mainly because most places wonโt deliver to our location, since this site is so new. So hereโs the thing Dominoโs: Our last time ordering with you, (tonight), was literally that! -It was the last time. Trust, your store will MISS the increase weโve given you over the past year. I Love Pasta โค๏ธ I called the restaurant and immediately felt happy listening to the excited voice doing the commercials while I waited for a person to pick up. A man named Robert answered the phone in a Happy and pleasant mood for I really appreciated that. I placed an order for the 5- cheese mac n' cheese that I was sooooo excited about. He told me when it would be ready, so I went to fill my car up with gas while I waited. When done I drove up to the drive through and was happy that no one was in line. He came to the window with great customer service, I paid and he handed me a box with my pasta. I sooooo enjoyed every bite of it for it was sooooo good. It literally had me scrapping the sides of my bowl, Lol.
