I'm writing this "complaint" due to recent repeated order accuracy issues. When this store initially opened, the staff was on their game. Orders were fresh, accurate, and served with a smile. Over my last 3 orders this location has been on par with a mcdonalds, wendys, or burger king. Sandwiches were slopply made, missing ingredients, etc. This last one was especially comical. 2 Turkey Clubs ordered identically but prepared with different toppings, one missing the bacon that makes it a "club." The "icing on the cake" is the accurate order ticket attached to the bag at pickup, sealed with an inacruate order inside. Folks, these are nearly $20 sandiwches... this isn't a $1 burger or a $5 footlong. Your customers expect to receive an ACCURATE and COMPLETE order, especialy when it's been placed online and the staff has attached an accurate order ticket to an (inaccurate) order bag. I find it very frustrating that I have to take to an online complaint form to bring this to the attention of management, since the local store management seems to be unfit for their job or lacking desire to actually do their job. Do I have to not order online moving forward and actually directly supervise the employee making my sandwich (like a child) to ensure that I get what I ordered and am paying for? This is seriously unacceptable...
Read moreI recieved an advertisment at 11:30 TODAY for a Collierville special ( see picture) on facebook for a 2 for 1 sub deal at JERSEY"rip you off and lie to you" MIKES subs at 1090 West Poplar in Collierville. I TOLD thrm when I ordered that I wanted the special and showed them the add I got 3 hours ago. At the register I was told the special was for CORDOVA and expired yesterday. The ad clearly says COLLIERVILLE location, see the picture. NEVER GOING BACK TO JERSEY MIKES. GOING TO STICK WITH JIMMY JOHNS AS THEY BACK UP THE ADVERTISMENTS THEY POST. Read moreI did an online order when I arrived it was not ready, no big deal. I thought I would prob have to wait no longer than 10 min the most. I was wrong. I waited 35 min for my food . Their was no communication on their part when I asked about my order. One of the girls that worked there got an atude about it . Management needs to change the whole setup and how it is run. Online orders do not need to be the last one made . I noticed people who walked in and ordered were getting their food first, and the people who had online orders had to wait .
