I have been doing business with this Company a while and I have some issues so the General Manager said Ms Jackson if u have anymore Problems please let Me know.Now at that point we did not call for a while but today we called and I talk to an Employee and he told me it will be 25 minutes but it was a hour so when I called and the Employee told me I could not get a discount to the driver now.I do not care how many Problems I have I if we are spending money everyday and my order is not right I will call everyday.So,I called and talk to the Manger and she was going to fix it but she talked to her Manger and her Manger told her to not help me and I ask could I just being it back to get my money back they told me know and when I spoke to her manager he tells me Customers are not always right and I just went off.They tell me we are having Problems with some Employees but they are trying to do there best but they told me this month's ago and still know change.Just because the pizza is good does not cover for the Bad Customer Service and I am not going to spend me money and kiss your butt at the same time it does not work that way with me.This is a Horrible Company when you spend money and they care about themselves instead of trying to help there Customers to keep there...
Read moreI placed an order for delivery on 1/29/17 to see how this location would do. They actually delivered it ahead of time and the delivery person was very nice. I already knew what the pizza should be like since I have had Marco's several times in the past. This location was just recently opened so I know they are going through a period of learning and adjustment, but my only suggestion would be to go a little lighter on the sauce. I ordered light sauce but I believe it was more the regular amount. Still, I would recommend Marco's for good pizza and speedy delivery.
I have now placed several orders in the past year. I must say Marco's is THE pizza to order. It arrives very hot, and usually ahead of time. Plus, it is cooked correctly - not overdone or underdone. The delivery people have all been very nice as well.
So, don't bother considering any other pizza places. Marco's is the best...
Read moreJust got an order of cold pizza and virtually every order was wrong. Called to rectify and they didn’t answer the phone. For 30 minutes! Germantown restaurant manager had to step in to help.
Edit 2.0 They were going to bring out the items to correct the order. Two hours after we placed the order. Meanwhile the food was still cold and no one ate together. They never did. My wife called back today. The manager apologized profusely and admitted they should’ve done better. He also admitted he recently took over from less than stellar previous management. A bit of fixing to be done. Bravo for honesty. He then comped the bill AND credited our account for next time. Bravo for customer care. That’s how you keep and gain customers.
