McDonald's — Restaurant in Collinsville

I generally avoid this location, as the establishment has roughly a 50% success rate for full accuracy, but I was in a hurry and didn't have enough time to drive somewhere, anywhere, else. I've been to this location 5 times in about 7 months; only once in 5 visits has my order been correct, while the last three consecutive visits have been incorrect. I suppose I learned my lesson about 4th chances.

Now, on to the primary reason for this complaint. This time I placed the following order One two cheeseburger meal w/ NO ONIONS and a large fry and sweet tea, plus a four piece McNugget and a second large sweet tea. What I received was: One cheeseburger that had the onions poorly wiped off (This is UNNACCEPTABLE, I have a food allergy, you should explain the existence of food allergies to this motley menagerie of miscreants’ manager), one cheeseburger which they didn't even bother to wipe the onions off of but instead gave me quite a few extra (awesome, THANKS!), one large order of cold fries, one four piece chicken McNugget box that contained three Chicken McNuggets, and two sweet teas. They even managed to remember to put ice in them, and surprisingly my drink was completely free of semen, drool, aborted fetus', and anything else I expected to find. I did not; however, check my mother’s drink, that’s probably where the fetus was. In conclusion, Great job on the drinks guys! Now let’s work on serving food!

P.S.: To be clear wiping off ingredients the customer specifically excluded is completely unacceptable no matter how painstakingly it is done.

follow up... 4 years later, again, I was short on time and mistakenly came here. same order, 2 cheeseburger meal, no onion. what do I get? All of the onions! thanks, McDonalds. Seriously, I haven't been there in FOUR YEARS and my first time back they make the...

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's i have ever ate at they have the worst customer service and have the worst food it's always cold no matter what time of day and the fries are always soggy or never done... you would think after changing the employees it would get better but it didnt I wont be going back and the manager is just as lousy she argued with me when I called to tell her the frys weren't done then hung up on me ..sorry but if your a manager you should have better people skills im definitely calling corporate because this is Unacceptable..... This is still The absolute worst McDonald's ever we stopped here because we had so much going on and it was the closest place so we go in order the food when we get it the burgers are burnt and the Fry's are so hard and gross ,so I go back in with sandwiches and explain they are burnt and I would like them remade then I ask them if they could remake my Fry's because they where going to be cold and the manager had the nerve to tell me that when ever you go to a restaurant the foods not always gonna be how you want it . Umm really if I'm paying for it it should be how I want it not how you want to give it . I could understand if I'm not paying for my food then I shouldn't complain but when I'm paying 10 dollars plus for a meal and your making 15 an hour my food should be the way I want it. I pulled in here expecting to receive the deal that they had advertised to only find out once I got to the drive thru window that that deal was supposed to have another sign in front of it that said coming soon I had spoke with 3 different people none of them gave their names all of whom were rude and all of them walked away not once giving me anything that I had asked for or responding to me in a decent manor I asked for the general managers name and number and had it thrown at me and did not even have the full phone number had to ask another staff for the rest of it when I called and spoke with the manager of the following day the only thing that she is offering to do or willing to do is a free 10 piece chicken nugget though the meal that was advertised that i wanted was a 40 piece nugget for 899 so not really such a great deal considering the crap and drama that I had to go thru for 15 minutes in the drive thru and only left with a 4 piece kids meal for my kid n only bc i had paid already n did not want to spend another 15 minutes waiting on a refund. I will be redeeming my 10 piece nuggets because I love chicken nuggets and they r free though wish there was an alternate location to which I could use that deal 4 but I will never visit this...
