Would have giving this 5 stars but my way time was cosideravly too long. So my niece wanted to experience starbucks. Now granted she is 6 and doesnt like the taste of coffee products but she wanted to go. We hop in the car we go inside because like I said she wantwd the experience. She ordered a caramel frappachino frozen and she saw they had cake pops. She ordered one of those as well. We stood to the side waiting for her drink order. She was given the cake pop right away. She waited a bit before taken a bite. She turns and tells me the cake is too dense. I laugh cause she is 6. After about 10 minutes I walk to the counter to ask how much longer. I was askwd what I ordered and she said ahe would check on it. Come to find out my order had been erased. They took my order again and then we waited a few more minutes for her drink. Needless to say she was excited about her drink with all the whpped cream. When get in thw car and she thanks me for her drink and cake pop. She says, it took a really long time and indeed it did.    Read moreDrive-thru customer service is lacking. I visited this location like I have 1,000 times before. I usually order on the Mobil app and pick it up. Today the app was down so I decided to go through drive-thru. I order my usual. It was ran up on the screen. Then the barista said. I wonât be making this drink today as you requested. I am going to ring it up this way. She zeroed out the screen and what she rang up was $2 more than what I normally pay. I got to the window. Explained to her I get this drink weekly from this location with no problems. I even showed her my Mobil app purchase history. She said her entire team was wrong and she will be addressing it with everyone then she said I can buy my drink this way or leave. I was in COMPLETE shock! I have spent WAY to much money over my lifetime at this facility to be treated like a peice of garbage. Customer service to this individual was a joke. Scooters will be getting my business from now on. They are always pleasant and I am treated with kindness there. Please train your staff in...
   Read moreOn three seperate occasions I have been given underwhelming service for not tipping when going through the drive-thru. All three times I get 2 grande hot beverages, and when I go to pay, the employees put the card reader out to give a tip.( I have recieved cups that are barely 3/4 full, coffee that was significantly watered down, and then one employee turned to the other to show the card reader and replied with "you probably didn't deserve it")
Unless I'm missing something, they do not get paid server wages and the certainly aren't waiting on/serving me. Just because I'm spending $13.00 on two coffees doesn't mean you are entitled to a tip. You shouldn't guilt trip customers or make coffees incorrectly because of not tipping.
