NOVEMBER 30, 2022 - CHILD PORTION FOR REGULAR CHICKEN BOWL Although I still stay away from this store for the awful experience I had last month, my boyfriend went there against my advice and brought back a Chicken Bowl with just a third amount of food for over $11 ! If I was there with him I would surely refuse the order. This is so frustrating when no one from Chipotle reaches out to us to learn more about the situation. So To All Chipotle Patrons — PLEASE MAKE OUR VOICE HEARD AND REFUSE ANY ORDER THAT IS STINGILY SERVED. DON’T LET YOURSELVES BE RIPPED OFF BY GREEDY MANAGER. If we can improve the service at this store, we are the ones who will benefit from the improvements because the management doesn’t just ignore our complaints. I can’t wait for the day when I can return to this Chipotle store to have a good meal with my hard earned money.

OCTOBER 2022 - TWO STARS FOR HOSTILE EMPLOYEE WITH HALF PORTION SERVED This week I had a bad encounter with an employee who stared at me with icy expression on her face when I requested her to give me a little more chicken when I saw that she just picked out SHREDS of chicken, not even some little pieces of it, and just served ONE LEVELED SPOON of meat. As we all know how shallow their serving spoons are, this came to half the amount of meat i usually get from this store, one my favorite lunch stops in Colma. This particular employee (or manager or whatever) should not be standing behind the counter to serve the customers because her manners and speech are rude when she coldly refuse my request. Unable to accept such half amount of food for my order I had no choice but to decline it and go the another restaurant near by to buy my lunch. CHIPOTLE should make sure that the portion of food served should not be left to an employee liking. Employee should be carefully trained and reminded to serve proper portion to all customers. I cannot let one employee prevent me from buying the good food at Chipotle. That’s why I have to post this review. I hope not to have such unpleasant encounter like this one in the future.

FEB 13, 2022 - MY LUCKY DAY AT THIS CHIPOTLE yes! I was able to move from 1 star to 5 today. Fresh food, good portion to satisfy a hard working man, priced below $10. MOST OF ALL a team of young men who don’t look all stressed out, who are courteous to us and not getting irritated to help out customers with their “little more” here and “little less” there. For senior citizens (certified by SSA) this Chipotle is THE BEST place to get nutritious meals at reasonable prices. My sincere appreciation to the team at work today. 🌷🙏🌷👍🌷

MY CHICKEN BOWL NEEDS HELP Two months earlier i so enthusiastically shared my good review with the world. Today 1/12/21 I wish to call the attention of the management to the sad state of the grilled chicken setved. I got mine looking like craps of meat—dry, charred, tasteless and chopped in minuscule pieces. I sound this alarm to safeguard one of my favorite eatery in the Serramonte area where I can find fresh, nutritious, good tasting and reasonable price. Please, dear manager, keep a good QC on your meat.

HEALTHY, TASTY & SOOO INEXPENSIVE 👍 With freshly grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans, vegetables, corn, sour cream, lettuce and salsa, this is a perfect meal for me. I'm sure the Chicken Al Pastor bowl is amazingly fresh hot and delicious if we had gone to a cleaner Chipotle restaurant place and I would've thought this would be one of them being that it's in Colma but that was not the case. Their food display was messy the servers weren't friendly, never once greeted us and we stood there in front of them for a good 2 minutes before we were acknowledged and they asked what would we like after watching them scrape the bottom of the old pans and filling it into the new pans where I'm wondering how long was that first sitting? 🤔. Just when I thought the server was going to take our order, he made his food and walked away without even letting us know someone would be helping us. I was annoyed but yet hungry and have been craving for this bowl (had it at work for lunch and couldn't stop thinking about it lol) We ordered two Chicken Al Pastor bowls with everything it showed on the picture menu and added steak to each. Nachos on the side with their queso Blanco sauce (btw they charge add'l) but its good. 😋. The place was not clean and tables didn't seem wiped down just very unsanitary. I'm disappointed because the chairs they have are not big people friendly and this big girl does not like high stools or stools low where I feel like I'm squatting 🤦🏾‍♀️. This is the first time I go to this location and as soon as the employee was filling up my bowl I noticed something quite odd. I was given about 2 tablespoons of rice which i thought was really strange compared to other locations that fill up your bowl correctly, a similar pattern followed with tiny portions of salsa, meat, etc was spread across the bowl in separate sections to make it look full instead of putting it in layers. What really pissed me off is the fact that the guy in front of me had recieved a full bowl with everything put in correctly, (could be a friend of the girl employee). To make things worse, she gave me such a small amount of rice that all the toppings had nothing to go over and the juice from the bowl soaked right through the bowl and the bag creating a puddle of juice on my car seat and it got all over my hands as well. I had to go in and get an extra bag for the mess of an order I got and I didn't receive any type of apology of some kind. The girl employee didn't even bat an eye when i came back in the store carrying a wet bag. I have had great experiences at all the other locations I frequent but this locations employees (appeared to be a bunch of high school kids) were straight...
