The WORST Starbucks! I’ve given this store MULTIPLE chances, a couple hundred dollars, and time/energy! If you’re reading this- DONT WASTE ANY OF YOURS! Drink quality is worse than lacking! Maybe a refresher on drink making is needed here! How do you mess up on standard drinks? No modifications? I understand that your flow of customers is crazy due to the Drive Thru, but slow down! Remember that people who work the same kind of jobs you do, getting paid the same amount as you are paying for these drinks! They’re expensive - we deserve QUALITY! And when asking politely for it to be remade- I get hit with an attitude! Why? Bc I said the iced caramel Macchiato looked like caramel and milk? It’s lighter than the milk in the carton Girl! As a 7 year Partner- NEVER EVER AGAIN! Go to Gateway Blvd in SSF or Gellert Right up the street. Much better quality and pleasant baristas! The only “good” thing did l about this store is they have a drive-Thru. NOTHING ELSE!
Additionally- maybe 6 months ago. I ordered (FROM THE DRIVE THRU) 2 Small Vanilla Bean Fraps- No Whip, 2 butter croissants, and a Venti Misto with Oat milk. I was asked to come inside and pick up my order……… when asked why, they said because my order was too large and would need to be picked up inside. “So don’t stop at the window- go ahead and find a parking spot and we will see you at the handoff plane!” YEAH NO! Read moreI come to this Starbucks often because it’s the closest one to me, and literally every single time I come the customer service is very poor always very rude. Also most of the time my drinks are made wrong even when I asked them to fix it, it always still comes out worse which I feel like they do it on purpose because this had happened on my occasions. I’m usually not the one to complain but it’s just really starting to get under my skin when this morning I was at the drive thru and the lady that was taking my order was very rude and I felt like she was trying to rush me saying is that it? Read moreI used to get my drinks regularly from this location before the lockdown. Today I happened to park in front of the store and noticed the employees weren't practicing social distancing. A few of them weren't even wearing any facial coverings. Also, one employee wiped the entrance door, tables, kitchen door, and toasters with one sheet of disinfecting wipe. One female employee showed up for her shift and hugged another employee who wasn't wearing any facial covering. At least 5 employees weren't wearing gloves. I hope they weren't the ones handling any food.
