Panda Express — Restaurant in Colma

Edit to add: in feb 2023 they changed the seasonings of several food items and now I can’t eat here without an allergic reaction. Would have been nice if they disclosed this change. The honey walnut shrimp is not supposed to be spicy but they put some sort of red spice to it and now I am itchy and coughing. I’ve eaten this many times over the last few years and this is the first time seeing the red flakes and having an allergic reaction.

Original review: The food is fine but the staff ignore anyone with an online order even though they have a separate line for online orders. So you just stand there watching your food get cold as they help every single walk in customer before you, defeating the purpose of ordering online for pick up. Other Panda Express have a table by the door so people picking up can at least wait outside which is safer. Please stop ignoring your online...

Brand new location, which is synonymous with several things like a clean kitchen, clean food prep area, and workers who will try hard to name a few. Went here because we were supposed to have Panda Express a day prior, however, it didn't happen. Now, we were able to treat ourselves! Can't say Panda Express is authentic chinese food, but it's really good! Ordered 2-entree plate with half fried rice & half chow mein, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken w/o sauce. Panda is usually good and better than eating fast food. Staff at this location control portions more than others so don’t expect them to pile on chow mein. Only complaint is Panda Rewards sucks and is unreliable. I had a reward for a $13 meal combo and it was ringing up higher than that. The cashier did another transaction and I didn’t check the receipt but it turns out I paid more than what I should have so the reward wasn’t registering at all.
