found a metal dish wire particle in my pupusa, called to make them aware and come with a resolution and nothing. They didn't seem to care that it happened, she put the phone down and attended another customer while I'm on the phone trying to get this resolved. I asked for something other than pupusas as my replacement as I no longer trust their pupusas anymore and all they could offer was ONE freaking taco for a $70 order of pupusas. I used to love this spot and it takes me 20 minutes to get to this spot from my home because at some point they were good but now I will no longer do business with them and I suggest you don't either. Also, their cocobanana was disgusting and it tasted old, the banana was slimy and my son hated it, and he loves them usually. Completely disappointed and I advise staying away from this place, save your stomach from this horror. If I could give it 0 stars, that will be their true rating. I had to wait to even be acknowledged and I was told it would take 15 mins for my food to be ready... It really took 45 mins and even when I walked in again no one even bother to act like they see me there. No hello... Can I help you... Or are you waiting for anything. After waiting 45 mins for my food I took it home and it was barely nothing. I ordered the carne guisada and steak and onions both with rice and beans. Ahora entiendo por que ese lugar pasa muerto una o dos personas adentro en el lugar, todo el tiempo pedimos para llevar las pupusas son buenas, la comida como tamales y yuca saben muy bien, pero el personal que te ATIENDE es muy malo las meseras respondonas en ves de darte una explicacion se ponen del tu por tu, muy irrespetuosas tal parece que no les gusta atender solo despachar comida, te dan 3 servilletas para 3 personas 1 tenedor, y llegan cuando se les da la gana por una caja para llevar, para regresarte el cambio y el lugar solo y ellas haciendose las tontas alla atras, No definitivamente nunca jamas me siento a comer ahi con mi familia. El dueño la dueña o los dueños deverian ver que el servicio de sus meseras no es gratificante, uno va y paga lo que se come, no lo regalan asi que creo yo que merecemos por lo menos un buen servicio y pues si no les gusta ese trabajo deberian dejarlo por que ah uno se le quitan las ganas de volver.
