Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

I Was waiting for a friend in the parking lot of the strip mall in front of the cicis pizza "DAVID MILO" the manager on duty on August 29th 2022 at 4pm came out to my vehicle and asked me if I was ok and that I was making his employees nervous because I was waiting on a friend, who was on the phone to witness him ask me these question and tell me that I was making people nervous, I told manager Milo that I was here to eat and I was waiting on my second person then came inside to eat and asked him why he approached me and asked me those question and he says "your making my workers nervous I can't have that" I then ask the cashier who checked me and my friend in at the time if she was nervous she said she was "fine and didn't know why he came out to my vehicle" then he says "that's my opinion" is it company policy at cicis for the manager on duty to go to every vehicle in the shopping malls parking lot and ask what the purpose of them being there is and tell them that they are making they employees nervous, will not return to this location and would not suggest anyone else go there either we tried to eat there but the manager went into the back and was mouthing off and shaking his head and laughing with the cooks this was a clear sign that we couldn't trust the food that was or wasn't coming to the bar at that point so we had to get a refund and leave the female employees on site where very apologetic and telling us to ignore the issues the manager was having and to please stay eat we didn't feel welcome and or comfortable to eat so we had to leave wouldn't leave a...

First off I would like to say that if it wasn’t for the great customer service from Neesy and a gentleman named Eric I would have left! This was my first time in 4 yrs returning to this restaurant and the first time it was not a good experience. I enjoy the salad and pizza combo and they were out of salad mix. The manager David did go to get salad mix. I waited because of there employee Neesy. But the manager was not pleasant at all. David proceeded to tell me that I came at the wrong time. Excuse me and then when I said Thank you he proceeded to say ummhmm. Excuse me but how are you as a manager going to tell me a paying customer that I came at the wrong time and that is ok to say. No apology no anything like he was doing me a favor and then I had to pay for cheese to go on my salad that I waited for and finally got that I couldn't eat because of eating pizza because I couldn't eat my salad first. This visit was especially nice. We came in a little after 8 once before and the cashier immediately let us know that they would not be making any more pizzas so we left. This time we came in after my sons concert, a little after 8 again. My husband had me ask about only having only what was on the buffet at the time before we all came in. Cashier said yes, they would be making more pizza, confused with a smile. They had 3 pizzas getting put together and more put out after we were done eating. We hung out a little bit after, my kids were playing games. All our food was fresh and hot, including desserts. Manager came to check on us, that was even nicer. Dr. Pepper from fountain was so good. Not even Wawa's nor Mcds Dr. Pepper is good so when I get a good Dr. Pepper, it's a delight.
