Read moreI ordered a sandwich and was ready to pay for my purchase with a $50.00 bill and was told by the cashier I could not be that the purchase was for $8.29. I told the cashier I would purchase another item and he stated it would have to be at least a $40.00 purchase. I went next door to Chipotle and made a 3.00 purchase to return and buy a sandwich from Jimmy John's. I then asked to speak to a manager but was informed one was not available. I then asked for the franchise owner’s information and was told he could not provide that information. I was given a number to customer service and contacted them to make a complaint. There was no sign in the store stating you need to spend a certain amount if you were paying with a $50.00 bill. Hopefully, I can get an answer if not I will take my story to share with the news. Went in and ordered two subs then put in my phone number for rewards then was told I was able to get free chips or pickle, as I got two combos anyway I went to get the other two then was yelled at very rudely by the young lady taking my order. Startled by her reaction and her easing her voice (which is not professional at all) it made me very confused what she was talking about until a young man in the back stepped in. The way she made it see was it got counted out of my order (which was not, added into my transaction but was misinformed from the unprofessionalism).
