1823 South Park LLC — Local services in Colonial Heights

My food was probably a 3, but the experience makes the review a two. I had not been to this location in over five months due to dissatisfaction with service and mobile ordering. My Facebook friends were no longer posting how bad this location was so I thought just maybe I can save time and go to this location. Unfortunately, I should have driven the extra 10 miles as not much has changed. I ordered on the app and when I arrived there was barely anyone there. Which was the first sign something wasn’t right. When I walked towards the door half the things I wanted in my bowl and burrito were listed on the door as not being available. The people in front of me were saying “well what do they have”. I’m sure it may be a supply shortage, but was thinking okay so my order won’t be ready because they need to ask me if I want to make changes and I hope they can do a refund if not. Nope, my order was ready and I guess they just fixed it with what they had. Chipotle needs to update their app to reflect when local establishments are out of items as this place is always out of something. I stopped going here because I would pay extra for guacamole or cauliflower rice and they would be out and wouldn’t refund my mobile order for the extra paid. If in Colonial Heights do authentic Mexican or drive 10 miles to Chester Chipotle. I tried to give them another chance and I’m disappointed in myself for thinking Improvement happened during my absence. This location use to be excellent. Went to China Buffet lunch buffet wasn't up to par that day. Usually is great but that day things seemed to be over cooked low on the bar or under cooked really spicy it could have just been me that day. The cantaloupe was not ripe though. I usually like the dinner buffet I think it's better although it's a little more expensive it has better stuff on it. But it has more stuff for the kids and those who dont really care to much for Chinese. But all in all they are usually a great buffet to eat at and they stay open till 10pm. They do adhere to Covid standards and they have high chairs. They provide gloves to use at the bar to touch the serving wear you just need a mask to wear. And people are 6ft apart. So go...

This mall was pretty disheartening. Most of the employees had attitudes from a mile away- shoe city especially. A lot of the shops were closed. The mall as a whole was nothing like it used to be, that's for sure. There was no Victoria's Secret, which was the reason I went to the mall, driving 35 miles to get there. I went to Bath and Body Works instead and everyone there was polite and welcoming. I can't say I would come back to Southpark mall again, unless I was at the gun store "Dance's" down the street. That would probably be the only reason I would ever be in that area again. Oh, FYE was a nice store and nice employees, same...
