Chicken Fiesta — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

Placed a to go order, 2 sandwich combos, which was with 2 fries and 2 drinks. Asked for a handful of ketchup. Left and got to my location and was getting everything out and noticed that there were no fries. Called the location I placed the order at which was the Colonial Heights location and spoke to Michelle the manager and told her that I did not get the fries. She put me on hold twice. When she came back on the phone, she told me that she saw that the fries were in the bag. I told her that they were not. She basically called me a liar and said that people pull fries out of the bag and then call and say they didn't get them. I told her that I would not do that. She argued with me and would not credit me back for the fries. So my husband got on the phone with her and she argued with him and then said she would have to call her supervisor and would call back. She called back and said they would review their cameras to make sure that their chicken crew put the fries in the bag and would only credit back 1 of the fries. This place is a joke. This is the second time my order has been screwed up. Will put the word out not to go to...

I thought the food was ok. The food appeared hot because you could see the steam but when you actually ate it, it was warm-cold not hot. My biggest issue was when I ordered an Extra drink for my 4yr old son I was overly charged. I was charged and paid $2 for a fountain drink. I didn't see a drink I could give him. So, I came back to the desk and asked about the juice. This was my first time to the restaurant. They said it was an extra charge. I paid the upcharge but it wasnt explained in detail what this upcharge actually meant. I get our food and sit down. After eating the warm-cold food. I look at the menu to see that both juice and soda are $2.15. I realize I paid a total of 2.00 + tax plus the upcharge of $1.11 to change from fountain drink to juice. The change in drink was not apart of my combo but was a separate item ordered. Recommendation: If a separate drink is ordered and is not apart of the actual combo, an upcharge should not be charged. It is false...

I just moved to the area and I’ve been stopping at local restaurants after work because I am currently living in a hotel. I pass this every night thinking, “eh, maybe I’ll go in there some time”.

Drove right by the Arby’s next door which I have eaten at several times and thought, well, I’ll try it out I guess. I’m tired of Arby’s.

This place is great! When you first walk in the door you’re staring straight at a giant rotisserie over wood coals. That should be your first giveaway. I got the burrito. It was outstanding! The next night I came in and got the sandwich. Guess what? It was outstanding! Now I’ve eaten there several times. I’m not even sure how many. It really doesn’t matter what you get because it’s the chicken they cook that is so fantastic!

If you don’t treat yourself to a meal here you are robbing yourself of probably the best chicken experience you’ll ever have! It’s high-quality, great portions and worth every penny.
