I don't care, my daughter works there or did work there and the manager is a complete disgrace! The manager is indeed "Racist" towards my daughter! My daughter was supposed to have a decent day off, NO, SHE COULDN'T HAVE A DAY OFF BECAUSE THE IMMATURE MANAGER KEPT CALLING AND TEXTING HER THAT SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO WORK EVERY SINGLE DAY AND NOT HAVE A DECENT DAY OFF TO SPEND WITH HER CHILD WHO HAPPENS TO BE MY GRANDSON! My daughter had a breakdown and had to go to the doctor and found out she was at state of BURNOUT! The doctor told her to wait until he sees her again before being allowed to go back to work and the immature manager or I should say "RACIST" manager clearly took my daughter off the schedule. EXCUSE ME, MY DAUGHTER BETTER NOT HAVE LOST HER JOB OVER THIS IMMATURE/RACIST MANAGER BECAUSE THIS WILL BE TAKEN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, EOE AGENCY AND THE MANAGER WILL BE REPORTED AS DISCRIMINATION/RACIST TOWARDS MY DAUGHTER WORKING THERE WHEN THE MANAGER SHOULD BE THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO LOSE HER JOB! THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BEFORE I RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO WORK THERE MUCH THE LESS EAT IN A PLACE WITH THAT SO CALLED MANAGER AROUND AND RUNNING THE PLACE! THE FOOD MIGHT BE GOOD AND ALL BUT THIS COW NEEDS TO GO! MY DAUGHTER, HER CHILD AND HER BOYFRIEND WENT IN TO TAKE A BREAK, CATCH THEIR BREATH AND COOL DOWN AFTER WALKING AROUND THE AREA PLAYING THEIR GAME OF POKEMON AND JUST SAT DOWN TO REST. THE COW WALKED OVER AND TOLD THEM THESE EXACT WORDS "NOT BUYING ANYTHING, GET OUT!" MY DAUGHTER'S BOYFRIEND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS THIS PAST FRIDAY MAY 10TH, 2019 WHEN THEY WERE IMMATURELY SPOKEN TO IN SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD MY DAUGHTER, HER CHILD AND BOYFRIEND BE RUN OUT OF A PLACE JUST TO SIT FOR ATLEAST A FEW MINUTES WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING BE TOLD TO "GET OUT!" THEY GO TO PUBLIX, BURGER KING, WENDY'S, MCDONALDS, HARDEE'S, KFC, CHICK-FIL-A, ETC AND SIT WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING AND NOT ONE STAFF, CREW OR MANAGER HAD COME TO THEM AND TOLD THEM "YOU ARE NOT BUYING ANYTHING, GET OUT!" MY DAUGHTER'S BOYFRIEND TOLD ME DIRECTLY THAT THE FAT MANAGER CAME TO THEM AND LITERALLY TOLD THEM TO "GET OUT" WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE! EXCUSE ME, IT IS GOING TO BE TAKEN AS "RACIST" AND "DISCRIMINATION" TOWARDS MY DAUGHTER, HER BOYFRIEND AND ESPECIALLY HER SON WHO IS MY GRANDSON! NOBODY IS GOING TO TALK TO MY DAUGHTER AND ESPECIALLY MY GRNDSON THAT WAY! I RAISED MY DAUGHTER RIGHT TO RESPECT EVERYONE OF ALL NATIONALITIES AND RACES, THIS SO CALLED COW WAS NOT RAISED CORRECTLY TO RESPECT A DAMN SOUL! CHARTER FOODS, HOME OFFICE, A&W LONG JOHN SILVERS OR WHOEVER IS THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO THIS LOCATION, GET RID OF THIS MANAGER! SHE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL MANAGER, SHE IS RACIST! EVERYBODY ELSE WHO SEES THIS MESSAGE, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HELL HOLE! THEY NEED HELP, THIS MANAGER IS RUNNING PEOPLE AWAY FROM HERE (WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS) ESPECIALLY MY DAUGHTER, HER BOYFRIEND AND MY GRANDSON! BEFORE ANYBODY SHOULD EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE, THIS FAT COW NEEDS TO BE FIRED...

Before even going through we waited for about 5 minutes before my husband said “hello” and shortly after that we were greeted with a rude and loud voice. There was no “Hello welcome to Long John’s or something of that” it was “can you wait” and then came back on the mic saying “yes what do you want” my husband politely proceeds to give her our order, and mind you this woman has a deep and loud voice it’s hard to hear her run our order back to us. So my husband again POLITELY re tells her our order. The woman working the drive through then proceeded to say “ YES sir I know that all I need is what’s sides you want!” My husband then apologized and tells her our sides and then Thanks the woman. We drive up again, and yet again we are greeted with rudeness.

This is the second time we’ve had a bad encounter here, but I gave this establishment the benefit of the doubt because it seemed busy. This time it was slow. An yet again we were greeted here with rude service.

Finally when we received our food we were greeted by another woman who was kind.

But even so after this, we will not be returning customers.

I hope the owner reads this review and immediately removes the woman taking orders or at least REMINDS her that this is the business with A HIGH VOLUME OF REVOLVING CUSTOMERS and that it is important that a little politeness...

Sent my Fiancé there today to pick me up a platter. When she came home(right away) , I opened ready to eat . Started eating the shrimp and noticed the strong smell of ammonia. I know sometimes shrimp may smell a little like that , so I continued trying to eat . The fries were okay , so ate most of those . When I bit into the fish (the main part of the meal) they were chewy and tasted non fresh . I stopped after that bite and asked my fiancé to take the fish back along with the coleslaw and have them give her some fresh fish (I just wanted fresh food, that’s all) . She called me back saying they would only replace one piece of fish since I bit off one and ate most of the fries (ahh , how else would you tell it’s not fresh ? I’m not gonna spit what I was chewing on back in the box 💁) . Rather than keep going through turmoil, they just refunded our money since they feel that eating the fries and most of the shrimp was considered eating everything (ALL I WANTED WAS FRESH FISH & SLAW not the whole meal . FOR GODS SAKE , YOU THINK SHE WANT TO DRIVE BACK WASTING TIME FOR NOTHING ? No problem, won’t be eating there anymore and I see why now that parking lot stays empty. I used to like going there but today will be my last . Wish I could post pictures of what I sent back...
