As far as atmosphere, what could be so enjoyable sitting in an outside stall. When you get to service, you have walking standing and carrying. Food has potential, but it gets beat up along the way. I visited this location on February 13 at about 615. They placed the almost chilly dogs sideways in the bottom of the bag and piled hamburgers and stuff on top. Naturally, this squished the condiments on the hotdogs out into the wrapper. this wasnât quite so bad because there was only the smell of chili on these dogs. Someone needs to teach these fools how to pack food in a bag. I noticed now that every time I go to this place, it gets worse and worse, and I see the reviews in this sector how they treat people. You really have to go through a pilgrimage to find out how to talk to these people. There should be an app for information regarding food. If you order packets, say like relish, they donât put them in the bag and they donât even give you napkins anymore. I spent a few minutes trying to find how to communicate with someone and after several rounds with their AI device, they put a live agent on supposedly named Kim. We really didnât accomplish anything and I feel I just wasted my time. They need to really stop turning food on its side when placing in a bag because it was not intended to be like that and when you see grease on your bag, watch out because you know what youâre getting. Maybe they are having a contest with McDonaldâs to see who can be the worst. For the cost of things now you are better going to have a sit down meal with great service and pay the same money if you have the time. You would also think that with the app and place the order 30 minutes ahead of time things could be a little better but donât bet your life on that. The food does have potential to be good though. It is my opinion that the response to comments here is very much like a word salad, and they are not serious. This is what I gathered from my experience,...
Read moreWe were double charged after the girl told my husband that his card wouldn't work. I gave her my card so his and mine were both charged. I couldn't get anyone on the phone at this actual location and couldn't leave work to go up there. I called customer service he said he would get my problem over to the right people and they would call me. I waited 9 days for a call and nobody ever called. I called them back and they said It's not a problem that they can fix and I needed to call the actual store that double charged me. So I called back to back for 3 hours until someone finally answered I then asked for the manager and of course she "was the manager" so I told her my problem and she then whispers to another guy as I listened and told him what I had just explained and he said that I would need to bring a bank statement and my receipt up to the branch Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm to speak to the actual store manager and have him see my proof and look into it. I have a job Monday through Friday that starts at 6am and ends at 5:30pm so therefore I cannot get up there in time to get my issue looked in to. So they get to keep my money and there isn't a thing that I can do about it. Last time we were there, and were double charged, half of our food was missing and I had to push the button and waited over 10 mins to be responded to before I could ask for the rest of my food and was given an attitude when the girl brought my food (which I paid double for) out to my car. I understand that businesses get busy and mistakes happen and that they can't just issue refunds based on a customers word but there should be someway to get assistance without having to call into work to head up to a Sonic for $17.84.......I hope they somehow needed it more than I did. The review: the food is pretty tasty for the most part (try the pretzel stick it's like cake) but don't expect anything more than 2...
Read moreDo not waste your time trying to eat here, if you even get served at all. I've seen more people drive away from this establishment after waiting than I do actually eating here. I moved to the area about 4 months ago and have been to this location about a dozen times. It wasn't so bad in June and July but the last couple months this establishment has gone downhill. It is clear the management does not care. They do not understand the meaning of "fast" in fast food. My average wait time in the drive through is 25-30 minutes for one meal on a good day. I have empathy for establishments understaffed right now trying their best, but this is not one of them. They do not understand taking orders and putting them out simultaneously. They will take a couple orders then get them out, then get to the next couple in line in the drive through. When I pulled up to the window 3 employees were just standing or sitting on the counters drinking a soda or on their phones. When handing me multiple items from the window they don't look at you leaving you to juggle and reach for everything. Not to mention today's visit was at 7:15pm and pitch black with none of their outdoor lights on. No napkins included. No telling if they will have the cheese dipping sauce for my favorite pretzel twist with cheese ever again. Once they told me they were out of the cheese sauce, another time I forgot to ask and they put honey mustard instead, and today I had to ask before pulling up to the window, then they revealed they didn't have it. At least the food they sometimes have is kinda warm some of the time. Today was my last effort. I'll take the drive to the Chester location if I really want Sonic. Always leaves my day worse than it was before. Hope the leadership can pull things together and inspire the employees to care a bit more, but I'm not...
