Taco Bell — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

I usually don’t give reviews to be honest, but I felt like the public needs to know how terrible this place has been every time I have gone. I’ve given this New location 2-3 different chances, but I will never again. I’ll go to the old Taco Bell where I’ve never had an issue.

The first time we ordered from this location, the meat literally had plastic in it..... can you believe that?... Plastic in food..?!?!? Last night I ordered a Mexican Pizza Combo and it was literally the biggest excuse for something “edible” I’ve ever seen, I really regret not taking a picture before throwing the whole thing in the trash. It’s one of their more expensive combos and I literally had to throw it out cause it was so gross, not to mention it was already crushed from the rest of my order on top of it.

I understand that Mexican can be harder on your stomach, but I go to the local Mexican restaurant and never have stomach issues afterwards.... every time I go here I can’t stay away from the toilet, and I’m not talking normal visits to the Commode either.

I’m really saddened by this cause I’ve been going to Taco Bell since the mid 90s when I was I kid, And I’ve always loved it....... I even had collected all of the Plush Taco Bell Chihuahua dogs from the mid-to-late 90s, and I still have them somewhere.

I really think the Health Inspector/City of Colonial Heights needs to look into this establishment, cause Someone really isn’t...

I came through drive thru and the girl on speaker sounded like she didn’t want to be there. I told her exactly what I wanted which it was NOT a complicated order! I asked for 2 potato tacos add beef and a fiesta potato no sour cream with a large Mountain Dew and fire sauce but since they was out of it I asked if the Bahja blast freeze working she said yea so I asked for that instead! I get to the window same girl with blond faux locs.. how I know it was her? Same attitude! She gave me the bahja blast fountain drink and I told her it’s supposed to be a large bahja blast freeze, but when I was giving it back to her she shut the window without saying anything and gave me the bahja blast freeze. Here is the thing when I got my food everything is in there but the fire sauce napkins and the fork for the potatoes! I did let her know what else I needed and she slammed the window and screamed a hard huff and puff. It was that loud that I can hear it out the window and the girl making the food turned around and looked at her! If you don’t want to do your job just find somewhere else and stop ruining these fast food customer service! You want $15 a hr but don’t want to do the work! You chose the job it didn’t choose you! I will not be returning I can spend my hard earn money...

I made the colossally bad decision of going on opening day. I ordered a meal that included tacos (it is taco Bell...) and requested that they have light lettuce. Apparently to them that meant no cheese. What exactly is a taco if it does not have cheese? So I let it go and decided to go back a few days later since I work extremely close to this location. Another bad decision. I again got a meal that included tacos. I did make sure to tell her that I wanted cheese this time, and I actually got it. But it took over 20 minutes to get the tacos. 20 minutes, for a couple of tacos. 20 minutes. It's not like they were many people in there. There weren't, at all. 20 minutes for a couple tacos. There were 5 people back there making the orders. Five! And it still took 20 minutes. Not to mention that the three people that were waiting there for their orders all got vouchers for free food because it all either took way to long, like mine, or they were given a completely wrong order altogether. Let's just say I won't be making the same mistake a third time...
