Visited this location again. Probably my fourth time visiting since they opened. The front staff were a little confused about where to sit my group of 2. She eventually placed us in a booth. The seat has visible food on it. The floor has creations, cutlery, and food on it. The menus were wet and sticky. I asked them to come and actually clean the booth. The staff responded quickly. That was great. My only issue is that they didn't address the yucky menus. I'll also add that the music was way too loud to be playing death metal screaming foolishness. I almost couldn't hear the person talk that was sitting right across from me. Just turn it down a smidgen or choose slightly less in-your-face music. I enjoyed the times when the music stopped and all one could hear were the sounds of a busy restaurant. The music definitely made me wish I was dining outside. Maybe next time I will. I ordered their bread basket and a cup of tomato basil soup. Both were delicious! I've never had tomato soup that good anywhere in my life. Next time, I'll just order that and nothing else. For the main course, we got the beyond burger and the devil's pass or whatever it's called. I usually get this, but this time I added sausage. So good. There were a lot of onions though. The mushrooms were delicious which is amazing because I usually hate mushrooms. For dessert, tiramisu and the lemon cake. That lemon cake was awesome! I didn't care for the raspberry sauce, so next time I'll get it without that. Such a good meal overall, as expected. I'll definitely be back. And I just want to give a shout out to our waitress. I forgot her name, but she was amazing. She was so friendly and informed about the dishes. Great job!

We came across this beautiful restaurant searching for a great place to celebrate my birthday. McKenna was our waitress, and we enjoyed her service. There were more menus on our table for drinks than food, so we happily started there. I got the prickly pear margarita, and it was delicious. My daughter got the blueberry pomegranate, which was delicious, and my other daughter got the sangria, and we were all.pleased. Then we ordered the crab Flatbread, which did not taste like crabmeat all, but we ate it anyway. Then we ordered the nachos and pulled pork and immediately disliked it and sent it back because we all agreed it had no seasonings to it at all. My daughter was happy with the truffle fries and the slider burgers, but I was unhappy with my clam chowder because it had too much bacon on it and it tasted more gelatinous instead of creamy and flavorful. Plus, it wasn't hot. My southwestern chicken salad had 1 cube of chicken in it, and the southwestern dressing did not compliment the salad. My other daughter ordered the chicken, tomatoes with whipped potatoes and asparagus, and she sent it back. We felt the tomatoes that were placed on top of the chicken and they felt like rubbery. The asparagus had no seasonings, and the whipped potatoes didn't even look like potatoes they looked more like some white sauce on the side of the plate. I loved the atmosphere of this place, and we really wanted to give it a try even though prices were a bit high, but we will not be back, unfortunately. The waitress removed the charges from all of the food we didn't like with no problem, and I truly appreciated that.

Well, here is my honest review. When we walked in, there were three employees behind the stand. One was busy on the phone and the other two were just standing around and giggling. We stood there for about a minute and no one acknowledged us. I literally turned around and opened the door and said “I guess they are closed.” (Nigel - you can actually check the camera because it’s a great feedback/teaching moment to your staff.) The two girls still said nothing to us. We stayed because of your Gluten Free options. We got sat and we waited. Then, we waited some more. Then, we flagged down a passing server and inquired where ours was. She told us that she would check. A few moments later, someone appeared at the table. Our server Talina was a bag full of sunshine… NOT. She was mediocre at best. While waiting for our food, we were subjected to the inappropriate music being blasted from the kitchen. (We sat in the booth right in front of the kitchen expo.) Speaking of food, I asked for the pasta with chicken; no mushrooms but substitute broccoli. I was charged $3 for a few measly pieces of it but hey, its 2024. The food overall was very, very good. However, due to the lack of hospitality and pleasant atmosphere, it was a fail in my book. *Bonus tidbit, I called from my seat asking if Nigel was in tonight. They answered “no” to which I replied, it’s clearly evident.

I must assume that people visit this establishment because of the beer. This was not the greatest dining experience. First, my friend and I walked in, there wasn’t a hostess at the desk, when she got there, she was pleasant. Once seated she set us in a back area and turned on the sports channel for us. She did her job, no complaints there.

Next we were greeted by the waitress, Tiffany K, she was amazing. If it wasn’t for her this review would have 1 star. She was very attentive accurate and just a joy as a waitress.

My first issue was that our entree came out 3 minutes after our appetizer. People hate that if you guys didn’t know. Tiffany was pleasant and though we didn’t complain, she apologized anyway. When the entree came, the fries were cold like they’ve been sitting on the plate for a few minutes. This is basic food etiquette at this type of restaurant. You don’t have McDonalds pricing so I don’t expect McDonalds quality food or service. Update* I was forced to return due to a work event in the area. I must say, I was surprised by the change of the environment.

I went back on 9/9/2022 and the experience as better. The food was hot and the customer service was better. I was greeted at the door and upon leaving. I can’t in good conscience leave this place at a 1 star, it doesn’t deserve that for the actions of a few of the workers. Good job with the redemption.

*Former Review Tiffany K was awesome but about four women from the staff were at the front door, lounging at the receptionist desk, they saw my friend and I leave and didn’t say goodbye or invite us back. Don’t worry, I won’t be back and I’ll ensure to tell everyone else I know to avoid this place if you want good customer service. Too bad Chic Fil...
