This Wendy’s is awful and we have never had a bad experience at one before, so that’s saying something. We came in to dine in a couple days ago at 11am. The sign still hadn’t been flipped from breakfast so we were guessing what we wanted from memory. The camera above the registers was flipped backwards. The floor was so sticky our feet would make a snap sound. Two employees kept walking out of the kitchen to answer phone calls in the lobby and they constantly left the kitchen door open. People were just standing around with all the orders coming in. We both used to work at Wendy’s/BK so we aren’t strangers to fast food. There was just zero sense of urgency and it gets worse… Only 1/4 of the drink selections were available. They had no BBQ sauce. TP was out. The ketchup packets they handed us from over the counter were covered in ketchup themselves. Our fries and foods were all cold. They ran out of small lids in the middle of our time there. Read moreToday I visited Wendy’s to pick up food for myself and my partner. I ordered a #1 Double Combo, a chicken sandwich, a soda, and a large vanilla Frosty. As I approached the window to pay, I asked the young lady if I could add an additional large Frosty to my order. Instead of helping, she responded with a dismissive attitude and told me I would need to drive all the way back around to place a new order—despite the fact that I was already at the window and ready to pay.
Her tone was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I chose not to engage and simply left without completing the order. If employees are going to work in customer-facing roles, especially in the fast food industry, professionalism and basic courtesy should be a priority.
I strongly recommend that the franchise owner conduct unannounced visits to observe how their staff are interacting with customers. Based on today’s experience, I can only give this location ½ a...
Read moreI have attempted to go to those Wendy's numerous times. Only ONCE was I able to order and they got that ordervwrong and when I went back thru the drive thru they told me there was nothing they could do, their system was down and they were closed!!! All within 15 minutes. EVERYTIME other than that once they had workers in the store all lights on all doors locked and drive thru they said system down we ate closed!!! 7 times within 3 weeks, no telling how many more times they were closed. Either get competent employees or close permanently so another more productive place can be there. $30 order and they said they can't fix it!!! Spicy chicken given instead of original and I had to throw it away because my elderly mother CANNOT EAT SPICY FOOD... Thanks for stealing my money. Horrible service employees don't want to work, they just want to get paid and sit in a closed store!!!...
