14ers - Eat, Drink, Colorado — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Ordered nearly $50 worth of food from GrubHub for our family of 3. The delivery driver was given the wrong order by the restaurant, which was worth WAY less than our original order and it took an hour and a half to get delivered. When we called the restaurant, the manager not only refused to fix the error but also refused to refund our money. He told us that mix up was not his fault and didn't understand why we couldn't just eat what was delivered. We explained that (1) it's not what we ordered and (2) it's not enough food for three people. We asked for a refund and the manager got very defensive and said "that will never happen" and then hung up on us.

This restaurant and manager made it VERY clear that customer service is their lowest priority. I would caution all from ordering from this...

I hate to leave a bad review because I actually enjoyed my stay at embassy suites and the food was great but the only thing was I was chArged twice for my dinner. I had a $50 order and it’s very upsetting to have to take a $50 loss specially in these hard times during the COVID-19 season. I called embassy suites and they referred me to the accounting department and I keep getting sent to voicemail, I’ll leave a message but get no call backs. I been trying to find the accounting department direct number but can’t seem to find it. I just want to get this issue resolved so I can go back and leave an actual 5 star review just like this hotel and...

Not good!! The ambiance was nice, but, the food was terrible. We really loved the hotel, but, this restaurant needs some serious adjustments made. The waitresses were tired and when we asked for water the waitress promptly placed the pitcher on our table to help ourselves. The food was overcooked and overpriced. Took over an hour to get our food, And when it did arrive the appetizer, salad and entree came all at once! We almost decided to pay for our drinks and leave but, we stayed. We ate at the Polo Club once during our weeks stay and ate out elsewhere every night thereafter. Sadly, it is not a good place to eat and an awful reflection...
