Wow wow. Ordered set for 7:55 pick up. We get there not ready. The “employee” states the other employee didn’t tell me about them ( able to see 3 tickets sitting on the back counter). He states he will do them after he helps this customer. By the way the same employee getting off shift was still behind the counter chatting away about his day at work and other inappropriate comments. And so we wait…. While the employee waits on the one sub in the oven he’s making instead getting our stuff ready, he then completes the one sub 8mins later. He then starts helping the next customer. My boyfriend reminded him we are now waiting 25mins for an order that was supposed to be ready at 7:55. He never apologizes and says he’ll make it after this customer. The customer behind him had to remind the employee to start making ours. Finally he starts to make our order, and misses ingredients. We finally get our order 35mins later and had to assist the employee. Tried to call the store today to speak with a manager and well as you can guess the employees don’t know how to multitask and after 45mins of calling over and over again I gave up. I will be contacting corporate on Monday. I have been in customer service my entire life and if I had a store like this I would be...

Both our orders were messed up, and the staff wouldn't fix it. ALSO, I TRIED to get the BOGO 50 "deal" on the Subway app and the Subway app WASN'T WORKING again (which has happened at least ten times in the past) and I explained all this to the 16-year-old "manager" at the store, and he refused to get me the promotion BOGO 50 price. I told him the app WASN'T doing anything, not even letting me select a restaurant or select what food I'm ordering, and I tried it on BOTH my phones and this has happened many times in the past. He was rude and refused to manually give us the offer, and wouldn't believe me when I told him the Subway app wasn't working. Everything was extremely expensive and our orders were messed up because I ordered a COLD CUT combo and only received ONE type of meat (not the 3 meats it has ALWAYS come with) and my husband's sandwich was not good and didn't have enough meat on it, even though he ordered the "Monster" sub that's supposed to have twice the meat of a regular sub. I told the kid "manager" about there only being one type of meat on the cold cut combo instead of the 3 meats it's always come with, and he said "Oh, there's three types of animal in that...
   Read moreI manage a late night restaurant and when I close or take a “lunch break” during graveyard shifts I try to come for food at least 2-3 a week. However you’re closed 90% of the time a whole hour or more between 1-4am to “reboot your system for end of day”. It’s ridiculous first of all that it takes that long and secondly it’s dumb that you aren’t doing the end of day at your slowest point (probably about 4-5am NOT 1 or 2am when you could have a bar rush or night shift workers). I have heard of your employees sleeping on shift. Maybe they’re just getting their daily paid nap. Don’t advertise 24 hours when you’re only open 22.5 hours. Writing this review in front of your closed 24 hour and I’ve watched 7 cars/potential customers pull up and then leave. You’re not only losing out on sales every night but I guarantee a majority of the people that have this same issue won’t return to try again next time. You’re missing out on thousands a year for every night you’re turning hungry customers away. Great business strategy. Hope your franchise location is paid off already. Owner obviously doesn’t care as I’ve seen quite a few reviews on this same issue and no one has gotten a response. Very disappointing. Will not be getting any more of...
