So had a long day at work. It was around 8:30 p.m. and it was a choice between Taco Bell and Arby's. My wife wanted curly fries and I wanted a shake so obviously Arby's. I go in place the order and then order the shake and the manager Jason tells me that unfortunately Wednesday is the day that they're cleaning the shake machine at night which is totally fine and of course that's a good thing to do for a restaurant. The door Dash lady next to me was also in a bad predicament as she was supposed to bring a shake to her order. Everything is all good and the banter is friendly and Jason is being friendly. I was very disappointed but obviously stuff happens. So as he is putting my fries in the Box I asked him if there's any way he can accommodate me for this inconvenience I even mentioned and jokingly said how about an extra french fry. And he said with a smile " unfortunately I can't do that".... okay okay so I said out loud wow they're really watching you in a joking manner of course. So I get it obviously if the owner is pretty strict on giving away free food than it is what it is however I was a manager of a restaurant for over 6 years and the one thing that the owner told me was to make sure that when that customer left he was happy about his experience!! So for what it's worth I was definitely unhappy when I left. The food was Arby's so obviously you know what you're getting nothing to complain about. However not sure if Jason knows how to make sure the customer is happy.... oh yeah not to mention I went in there probably a couple weeks prior around the same time and they told me they don't have any roast...
Read moreWhen ordering through the drive-through I let them know that I have a coupon that I got in the mail, and the girl taking my order sounded very snide once I said that. I came around to the drive-through and there was no greeting, all she did was check out her hand for my money, after that she had me my bag and walked away from the window. I sat there for another three minutes not knowing if she was finished giving me all of my things. Once I got home (not even 10 minutes away) I was starting to eat my curly fries, and a bit into one that was freezing cold that I had to spit out. I then called the store to let the manager know what had happened with my experience so then it wouldnât happen to other customers, and she essentially told me I am making everything up and that she was going to speak to her employee. she swore that she had just taken the fries out of the fryer herself, and that thereâs no way that I had an almost frozen french fry. I was simply calling just to let them know because Iâm a reoccurring a customer and that has never happened to me, but I was met with a very snide,...
Read moreI like Arby's. Today was an off day for them. They asked me to pull up to wait for my food. Great. I prefer to wait and get fresh motz sticks than when I get microwaved soggy sticks. A staff member came up about 3 feet from my car window and started shouting, waving a bag at me, so I took it. She was practically throwing it in my window, so of course I took it. It was not my meal. It belonged to the man inside waiting for his meal. I took it back inside, and she was upset that I had taken his food and told him she'd have to remake it (obviously). Nothing was said to me.
Apparently, they had to remake my meal as well because I stool there the whole time they remade his meal and a while longer still passing time waiting for my motz. She finally asks what my order was as though I'm a sneaky one trying to steal someone else's meal. Once my credentials were properly verified, I was allowed to go on my way.. . with my now cold mozzarella sticks. đ At least they hadn't...
