Long time customer of this Stetson Hills, Colorado Springs Arby’s but today I was stunned at the terrible girl at the drive-through. I am disabled and had my friend with me. We were celebrating her doctor’s recent ok for her to go out and about after recent back surgery. We ordered our lunch at the drive-thru so we could eat in the car since neither of us can walk too well right now. The girl who took our order rattled it off back to us so fast we could not understand her and had to hope it was going to be right. Luckily it was although it would have been nice to if she had given us some napkins. However, her customer service went totally downhill from there. When we finished eating we went back through the drive-thru so my friend could get a milkshake to bring home to her husband. The same girl took the order, gave us the shake and when she gave me the change for my friends, she did it so fast almost all the coins slid right off the bills onto the pavement.Some actually flew off. She didn’t apologize or anything, just stood and looked at me like she expected me to get out and pick them up. I ended up being the one to apologize, saying I was disabled (should have been obvious as my cane was visible in the car) and I couldn’t get out and bend over to pick them up. To get my friend’s change back for her, I started to ask the girl if she would give us the remainder of my friend’s change out of the cash register but got as far as”would you…” when she interrupted, saying very sarcastically “come out and pick it up for you? Oh sure, I’d just love to!” and literally shut the window in my face. Then we waited to see if we’d eventually get it or not (no one in line behind us) and after being kept waiting for several minutes we saw another employee come out the back door, apparently to stand by the speaker and take orders if someone came. No change for us. Another employee finally came to the window and told us to drive around the building and park to wait for our change. We did, waited around 5 minutes before the first girl came out , shoved the money in my hand, saying in a very rude way “there’s your 60 cents!” And ran back in before I could see her name tag. So I will just say that she was working the drive-thru on November 1, 2024 around 2-2:30 pm and if this is how your employees treat disabled customers my friend and I may not come back. I gave 2stars only bc the food was fine. Would have given her zero...
Read moreI love Beef n Cheddar and Mozarella sticks...until I ate at this Arby's. On my third visit I finally decided I had enough to write a review. First visit we went through the drive through and ordered. Our Beef n Cheddars barely had any cheese and red ranch. My mozzarella sticks tasted like they were refried. I know because I used to work at Arbys and had mozz sticks that were put back in the fryer after they were sitting out for 15 minutes. Our sodas were club sodas...no soda flavor, just seltzer water with a lil coloring from what the soda was supposed to be. Second visit we ordered through the drive through and half our order was missing and sodas were seltzer again. Third time I went in personally and I waited over 20 minutes for my food when the place was not even very busy. Management seemed not care and after I explained they never apologized. Read moreJust placed an order through doordash, got my food, no sauces. I ordered a french dip. Got on the phone with the manager and said "what is the most important part of a french dip?" And she immediately answered "the au juis" which was not in my bag. She then proceeded to tell me any issues with orders should be taken up with doordash (this way they never know what they are doing wrong and no training occurs and they make the same mistakes over and over). I told her it is not the drivers responsibility to put the order in the bag. She then goes on to state "once the order is in the bag and leaves the store it is not their responsibility" basically blaming the doordash driver for stealing my au juis.... then proceeded to hang up on me. Didnt offer to make it right, didnt apologize, simply blamed doordash. Dont go to this place, they are overpriced and dont care...
