Update: Updating my original 4 star review down to 1, because it needs to be expressed that this is absolutely the worst managed restaurant I've ever experienced in my entire life. Not just worst chipotle... Worst entire restaurant. Here was my experience today, and exactly what you can expect if you visit yourself:
Knowing the lines are always horrendous, we placed an online order at 6 for pickup at 630. Arrived at 6:35, and didnt receive my order until after 7pm, over an hour after placing the order. The person I chatted with online had placed an earlier order for a 615 pickup, and was still waiting after I got my food, almost an hour and a half after placing THEIR order, which isn't right at all. They eventually just left withot their food because itnwasnt worth waiting any longer. When I finally got home, the orders were off, bowls were missing things, and the large chips and queso that we ordered... Well the chips were not included at all, and we don't have any at home. Completely unacceptable.
This has essentially been my experience every single time I have visited this location. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and waste of money and go to another chipotle, or just go somewhere else altogether. Im sure if you took a plane to a Chipotle in NYC and back, you'd still get your food faster and it would be more correct.
Original Review: It's Chipotle, so obviously it's delicious, but Holy HELL is this place slow. Idk what it is, because most of the workers seem to work hard (other than couple miserably slow cashiers), but every time we're here, the line is out the door, and we wait for 20-30 minutes AFTER getting inside. Read moreWell my last horrible visit i told myself that was it. Well I thought id give this place one last shot. Wow did they FAIL!!! These portion sizes have gotten to be ridiculous for the price. Now understand I have spent alot of money at this location. I'm aware of what my order looks like. I was given a burrito the size of a small iPhone and told this is normal. I didn't realize this problem till I finished my 30 mins round trip to get lunch. I decided enough is enough as most know you can't call and talk with anyone. So I drive back up, i see the manager who gave me my food and asked "what's the deal with this very small burrito"?? His response is it seems close to size but let me make another. Proceeds to hand my a burrito to literally the exact same size and stress me how they can only add X oz of each ingredient so they only are so big and had the nerve to say if you paid for more ingredients it would be bigger . I remind him I've been ordering this meal for months and never received one this small. No I'm sorry No here's a free drink or I apologize for you having to spend 45 mins of driving for our mistake. Just plain and simple not really my problem. I continue to try and stress my concerns and instead of conversating like an adult The Manager decided to just repeat the same sentence over and over till I walked away. Read moreThis location is really, really bad (seems like nothing is being done to fix it considering the numerous bad reviews over time). The customer service is consistently terrible as is the food quality. The employees are often rude and extremely unprofessional (certainly not all as I can always find at least one cheerful and helpful person but that person is not in the majority). The line is always messy and smeared with food bits. They are always scrambling to make more even when there isn’t a rush of people which results in significant wait times. The rice is almost always overcooked, and the chips are chewy and greasy. Online ordering from this location is even worse (somehow). Tonight, my order took 1.5 hours to get to me, and the only reason it did get to me is because the driver (the third one) had the initiative to ask them to remake it when he didn’t see it on the shelf (two other drivers waited for ten minutes with no one willing to help them so they left). They gave me no rice when I asked for extra, and there was burnt paper stuck to and almost inside of the quesadilla. The taco was also completely wrong. It is rare that I get a correct online order from this location. The pandemic has been difficult for many people and businesses, so I am understanding in many circumstances, but this location went downhill far before the pandemic.
