I went in after having a severely bad day to get a latte. The person outside taking my order was sweet and clear and understood me with out any issue. It was wonderful. I ordered a single drink and tipped her 50 percent with intent to tip the others at the window an additional 50 percent each.
Well I decided to keep that tip to myself because they sat there chatting with the car in front of me for like five min. Each min that went by I took money out of the tip until no tip was left.
On top of them just hanging out the window casually chatting they ran drinks out to the cars behind me. I came up to the window after five min and my drink was sitting on the counter. I am pretty sure they put half and half in my drink instead of milk as it was insanely rich. Delicious but so rich I could only take a few sips and had to be done.
The girl that took my order, I’m so glad I told her that the money I gave her was just for her. She earned it but the rest of the crew…great service from one staff member but terrible from the rest. If not for the one person it would have been a terrible experience.
Don’t get me wrong I may just well go back but I want the staff to know that they missed out on getting money for each staff member on the shift (50 percent tip for each person) but instead they got none. The girl I did tip even saw the money and I told her I wanted to pay card so I could give my cash to the rest of the coworkers. I was having a bad time and just wanted to make them all happy… instead I took that cash and gave it to a girl that made my pizza at another restaurant.
Thank you to the one girl for being so awesome. Wish I knew her name so to give her...
Read moreThis Dutch Bros location was a complete mess. I’ve been to many others and never had an experience like this.
The line of cars wrapped around the building. I tried to pull in through the main entrance, but it was blocked, so I circled around and got in behind the last car I saw in what looked like the only line.
There were no cones, barely any signage, no clear markings on the pavement, and no staff outside directing traffic. Not even someone to ask. It was honestly just confusing.
Then a worker came out and said I had cut in front of two cars. She called me “dear” in a condescending tone and acted like I should have known their setup. I tried to explain I was confused, but she didn’t care. She told me to move and go back around like I was being scolded. No explanation. No courtesy. Just attitude.
I went back around anyway, still unsure where to go, and ended up leaving. I drove to another Dutch Bros nearby where everything was clearly marked and easy.
This location needs serious improvement: better signage, basic traffic direction, and above all, some respectful customer service. A little effort would...
Read moreReally wanted to like this place but “you can’t always get what you want”. We were in El Paso and saw Dutch Bros and was not able to taste their brew. A couple weeks later we go to Colorado and I see this one next to our hotel in Co Springs. Friendly service. But HUGE coffee shop pet peeve: a small latte has one shot of espresso. A medium has one shot of espresso: just with more milk added. No thanks! Luckily I know to ask that question before ordering. Most Coffee places have shied away from drowning the coffee flavor with more milk when you order a medium latte by adding two shots. Why DBs?
Anyways the attendant started to make latte cold when she came back and asked again if I wanted it hot. She ended up just reheating my drink. Not very warm when I tasted it. AND the latte was the definition of “Meh”. I mean: this coffee really does not have much body. I was in Breckenridge this morning and had a latte at THE CROWN and that was a perfect latte. If you are called DBs Coffee, then you should have some darn good coffee. Just saying…
Sorry DBs, you’re just not my...
