HAS ANYONE RECENTLY CAME TO THIS EXACT LOCATION WHO ORDERED A OREO LECHES COOKIE EXPERIENCE A sharp, bitter taste—eerily similar to soaked aspirin WHICH caught me off guard with the last few bites of the Oreo leches cookie last night. This strange, lingering flavor triggered the same nausea and dizziness I only recognize from past food poisoning incidents linked to Taco Bell and my workplace cafeteria—the only two times I’ve ever been sick from food. Curiously, none of my family members who shared the exact same meal yesterday except I was the only one who had the Oreo leches cookie became ill. Spending A LOT OF MONEY on 6 cookies and I had the first cookie which was the Oreo leches cookie and now I'm throwing them out because I will not have my family endure this kind of sickness and after them seeing me run to the bathroom at 3am and my husband saying I bet it's the cookie something that not only tasted so off but left me feeling this unwell is unacceptable. Even now, that hard, weird bitterness clings to my palate as I wait for my doctor’s call, struggling with ongoing vomiting and wondering why that last bite was so disturbingly foul. Now it's 8am and I am almost feeling back to normal so it barely lasted a good 8hrs of the worst vomiting, sweats, sharp stomach pain and now being back to normal not like any other sickness other than the food issues I had two times before makes me REALIZE THAT WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN 🤮🤢 My family and I had a good experience our first time at the North Nevada location this was our first time coming to this location and it'll be our last time going to any of the locations now because how it made...

As a delivery driver and a customer, I really appreciate the staff at every Crumbl cookie. They are always efficient, communicative, and friendly. HOWEVER, there is good service and there is AMAZING SERVICE!!!! This location really has knocked it out of the park and get a top recommendation in my book. I came in to this location around 15 minted prior to closing on a Wednesday night. Your phenomenal employee Brie had just mopped the front entryway and though a sign was posted, she took the time and attention to detail to alert me of the risk of a slippery floor. I’m clumsy so I TOTALLY appreciated the heads up. Forgive me, I cannot recall the second employees name, either it was Meleeta or MeLeia, I’m sure I spelled this magnificent employees name wrong however, she was diligently working on my last minute order and gave me an eta on when it would be finished without me having to ask. In the meantime, I had a chance to chat with Brie and let them know how much, as a independent delivery driver, I appreciate how hard they well and how much they help me to succeed in my job. I’ve seen other drivers and they don’t always treat the employees of the restaurant well. Since I had a brief minute I wanted to share and I had the honor to learn a little bit about Crumbl from Brie and had the pure heaven of sampling a French Silk Cookie. It was the BEST COOKIE I’ve had. Period. Nothing compares. I make a mean cookie but could never achieve this perfection. Amazing employees make new and loyal customers. If I could give 0 star's I would!! First we are weekly crumbl lover's and love your store but yesterday it left me wondering if we will continue to buy from you. We came in to get my birthday cookie and a 6 pack and you still had the lemon cookie so we ordered it and were told it would be a 25 min wait to make the frosting. We agreed. After 25 min of waiting one of the at least 8 workers said oh here's the lemon frosting they had misplaced it I guess. So after waiting 25 minutes they find the frosting and start filling orders that came in after us that had lemon cookies in them and then helped us last. So after almost 30 min we finally got our cookies that had been sitting in the box on the table drying out because they originally messed up our order and gave us a chocolate chip instead of the lemon. So we didn't even get fresh cookies. How unorganized is your store that they misplace frosting?!! I'll also add that they were rude especially one girl in particular who wouldn't even let you see the cookies before she closed the box and walked away. Very unprofessional and rude and makes me wonder if I'll continue to purchase from here even though it's right around the corner from my house. I'd rather drive to the store up North because I've never gotten this kind of rude unorganized service there. Hopefully things get better with...
