With only one other table in the restaurant, we were treated like we weren’t wanted there. My daughter asked for pork spring rolls, they brought us shrimp. She’s allergic to shrimp so we had to send them back. The guy that came out when the server didn’t speak English seemed super annoyed, but we didn’t really want her to die today. He stopped speaking to my daughter all together, every time she would say thank you, he put his head down and hummed mmhmm. He even seemed mad when she asked for a spoon for the soup! The food was okay, maybe not the worst pho in town, but we’re not from the Springs. I have to say the best part was the jasmine tea. The wontons (order of 4) were squishy and the noodles in the combo bowl were soggy. The atmosphere looks like they just started the business and started serving before they got the place put together. Chairs stacked up blocking one side of the restaurant off, a hose or a power cord is strung across the dinning area from the restroom to the kitchen! Thankfully we don’t live close enough to try this experience again. THEN HE CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE WRONG TABLE!

I’m on a work trip from seattle,wa and this was the closest to my hotel. Usually where I’m from ( wa state ) pho restaurants are Owned by Asians and Asian workers so to my surprise I was greeted by an American elder lady and seemed to be a Mexican cook. Not hating. I love Mexican food btw. But the atmosphere seemed off, pricing was a little on the hefty side than what I’m used to paying. Place was completely dead. No chili oil which I thought was weird. Broth was decent, a little on the saltier side. Doesn’t seem to have proper ventilation system as I can strongly smell the grilling and see smoke coming out to the lobby area. Overall, combo pho was eh. Meat didn’t have flavor just so bland. Water tasted like tap water. I also ordered a vermicelli bowl which was okay. The sauce didn’t taste authentic, noodles were a little hard. Egg rolls were small and agian, meat didn’t have much flavor. It got me full though. 2 stars for salty broth, bland meats, no chili oil, room temp ice water and over priced. But good thing my job pays for all my dining expenses.

Cheats and frauds. I haven't eaten here for a long time because the last couple times I did the same thing happened. I ordered via GrubHub. Exactly like last couple times I order a small for my kids to split and I get a large for myself. The amount of broth that comes is exactly the same as well as the amount of noodles. Whatever, I simply get the transaction refunded and get free food because they're thieves. First time, wrote it off as a mistake no big deal. Second time, I was pretty sure they're running a scam and I didn't order from them for close to a year. I decided to give them another try tonight because of a 25% off deal on GrubHub. Lo and behold if the same thing didn't happen again. They apparently like giving away free food because I report the fraud and get refunded.

I wish I could rate the food separately from the service, but I can't so please allow me to explain my issue:

I went here to place a pick-up order a little bit after we moved to the area. I saw quite a few people in the lobby and sat down to wait to place an order. It quickly became apparent that something was amiss. There was a woman waiting for an order, a DoorDash driver who was the second one dispatched to pick up an order, and a few other people who hadn't even placed an order. There were three people working there and their online order notification tone kept ringing and ringing. It was obvious that they were overwhelmed by the volume of orders and three people could not handle it. I waited for nearly an hour just to place an order. The food was very good, but I was very concerned about the people working there. There are a few other reviews that mention that the staff are not well treated and I believe them. I was told that all the tips go to one person and the two women working there were obviously on the brink of tears.

Fast forward to today. I was hoping that my previous experience was just me catching them on a bad day, so I placed a delivery order through DoorDash. After ordering, I get a voicemail (my phone never actually rang) from the restaurant telling me an item is out and I need to pick a replacement. I try to call the place back to pick a replacement. No one answers. I tried again and each time the line was busy. I called DoorDash support and they were able to call and confirm that the items were out and they asked what I wanted as a replacement, so I tell them. However, when they try to call back even DoorDash is unable to contact the restaurant and then they become "Temporarily closed" on the site, resulting in my order needing to be cancelled and me ordering from somewhere else. Again, I believe they were overwhelmed with the orders and were likely severely understaffed.

I really do like the Pho from this place. I thought the amount of food I got for my money was reasonable and it's so very close to my apartment. But the experiences from other people's reviews and what I saw when I was there to place a to-go order have me extremely concerned for the people that work there and the management of the place. I really hope that the amount of reviews that mention these same issues result in a change from management, but I highly doubt it. I really, really want to rate this place highly as the food is quite good. But, I can't shake the experiences I've had in actually getting (or not getting) the food and the bad taste it's left in my mouth. I likely won't be ordering from here again simply because I don't want to support a place that drives it's employees to tears and continues to manage badly even though they can clearly see that other people continue to have the same issues. If, in the future, the management practices change and the staff aren't thrown to the wolves, I'll gladly order from here again. Until then, though,...

I cannot EVEN with this place. I don't normally rate restaurants as a delivery driver, but they asked for it.

The business says it opens at 11. I got there for a delivery at 11:40 and the doors weren't unlocked yet. There were three of us drivers standing outside waiting before he felt bothered to open it up.

I was the very first two takeout orders on the food line, and it took AN HOUR to make 3 bowls of pho and some egg rolls. I asked once at 10 minutes, and once at 40 minutes, what the ETA was on the orders. My customers were complaining. When I asked the first time she said 15 minutes. I gave her an additional 25 MINUTES before asking. She then berated me publicly for "interrupting" her when she "clearly knows I'm there". It was another almost 20 minutes before I got the order.

The entire restaurant reeked of acrid smoke and filthy grease traps. The menu looks like it's been chewed on by mice, and to be honest? It doesn't even look like pho. It may be pho noodles, but I personally almost cancelled the orders simply over health risks. I wouldn't feed my dog from that restaurant, much less myself.

I will not be taking orders for this restaurant again, and I encourage other delivery drivers to ice them out also. If they can't handle the delivery orders, they shouldn't sign up for THREE DIFFERENT DELIVERY SERVICES. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will be notifying UberEats and DoorDash that this place smells and looks like a trash heap, not...

I drive for Doordash, and I regularly accept orders from this restaurant. They are so incredibly slow to get me my order every single time I go in. A 15-20 minute wait is to be expected, at the very minimum. They also never acknowledge me when I enter the restaurant or ask me what order I am waiting for. When they do finally speak to me, the employees I have interacted with have been short and rude. I just went in earlier today to pick up an order and sat waiting for about 30 minutes. A gentleman who came in several minutes after me got his order before mine, which was not a large order at all. Finally, I decided to speak up to the employee who was all the way back in the kitchen, and I asked her when my order would be ready. It was only then that she decided to inform me that the order was all completed except for a boba drink, which she would not be able to make for me because she didn’t know how. She said I would have to wait for her boss to get back, and when I asked how long that would be, she just told me, “I don’t know. A few minutes.” I don’t appreciate having my time wasted like that, and it happens regularly at this restaurant. At this point, I would never choose to eat at this restaurant myself because I know that I would be met with ridiculously long wait times and...
