I stumbled upon this place while visiting the Colorado Springs area. All you can eat fresh prepared sushi to order. I was traveling with friends and we decided the next day we would check this place out. We had an amazing experience. The restaurants chef "Elvis" was super friendly. The sushi amazingly fresh, service that was quick, and a price that made it absolutely amazing. As you can tell from the picture the chef nicknamed "Elvis" is a big Elvis fan.. The interior is decorated with all sorts of Elvis memorabilia. I've visited more than once now, and one time unsure how hungry I actually was they offered to let me order from the menu, and convert to all you can eat once I hit the price point of the AYCE option. This blew me away.. and sealed the deal that has kept me returning every time I visit the Colorado Springs area. The AYCE includes a wide variety of items, I cant even remember how many servings of green tea ice cream or how many rolls we ordered at the table. The waitress was laughing due to the amount of sushi 3 guys were able to put down. It almost became a challenge for us as she began recommending items and bringing them to the table. The menu has a huge variety of rolls including creme cheese rolls, tempura fried rolls, rolls with shrimp, crab, salmon, tuna, and at the time of my first visit even one with beef bulgogi style meat in it. We had edamame and miso soup as an appetizer, gyoza between rolls, and green tea ice cream to finish. Everything was amazing, fresh, and was some of the best sushi I'd ever had. If your a sushi fan, and visiting the Colorado Springs area this is a must stop for you. I cant wait for my next trip up so I can visit this place again. *UPDATE* Oct 2017. Lunch buffet and Dinner buffet are offered, lunches are about $5 less. Dessert is still included, new rolls have been added to the menu including a very unique "Hunka Hunka burning love" roll made from a hollowed jalapeno instead of seaweed paper. Photos attached. I did not see the bulgogi roll anymore however.

As a sushi aficionado, I eagerly anticipated my visit to Sushi Ring's all-you-can-eat experience in Colorado Springs. Unfortunately, my expectations were completely shattered by the dismal quality of both the food and service, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an uninviting atmosphere and an overall lack of cleanliness. The tables and floors appeared unkempt, and the lack of air conditioning served to accentuate the restaurant's poor appearance. The all-you-can-eat concept seemed promising at first, but it quickly became apparent that the quality of sushi was severely lacking. The fish was far from fresh and had an off-putting odor, making me question the safety of consuming it. The rolls were hastily prepared, resulting in unevenly distributed ingredients and an unappetizing presentation. The rice was overcooked and mushy, detracting from the overall taste and texture of each roll. The service throughout the meal was abysmal. Our server appeared disinterested and uninformed, unable to provide adequate recommendations or answer basic questions about the menu. The pacing of our meal was erratic, with long waits between servings, and several of our orders were either incorrect or forgotten entirely. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unapologetic about their mistakes, offering no remedy for the inconvenience. What truly exacerbated my dissatisfaction with Sushi Ring was the exorbitant price tag attached to the all-you-can-eat experience. Given the low quality of food and service, the cost felt like a slap in the face, as if we were being punished for our decision to dine there. In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Sushi Ring's all-you-can-eat sushi in Colorado Springs to anyone. With numerous other sushi establishments in the area, I implore you to explore alternative options for a more enjoyable and satisfying dining experience.

Wow let me preface that I had my first visit to sushi ring tonight on the recommendation of a friend.i was very excited to get the all you can eat sushi and the place was packed. Definitely close quarters and a sense of community. It’s almost like being on stage walking in! Great Energy! I was greeted by the owner who is a charismatic guy who asked us as the entire place kind of turned to us as to watch the owners interaction.i felt welcome and wondered where to sit as there was no hostess. He pointed at the clock which said 8:35 pm on Thursday. “ All you can eat sushi is done at 8:30 but you can order a la carte, “ he barked.

This is the first time I’ve been here. They close at nine. They advertise all you can eat. I had heard good stuff. My friend and I were embarrassed. A hostesss then greeted us and said, “ all you can eat?”She was swiftly reprimanded by the owner who reiterated the 8:30 rule. My friend told me she never had this happen and had been there frequently. I was really let down. The setting went from warm and welcome to very uncomfortable. We chose to leave..

I feel like that could have been handled better. Have the waitress say something as we sit down. Don’t stop us as we are standing in front of a full restaurant that I am in for the first time where you advertise all you can eat sushi and say we don’t have that but you are welcome to order a la carte. If you are a somewhat charismatic owner and act as part of the entertainment as the sushi chef is the focal point... create community. Show tact. Understand how it feels to come in to your place for the first time and be hit with a negative instead of hey thanks for coming in. A little customer service goes a long way. You are located in a place that is inundated by homeless people asking for money as you go in. Maybe try some tact?

Ironically, I went to my car and it just turned 8:30. So you may want to fix your clocks as well. Also, your website prices are conflicting, you may want to check that out. In addition, as I left I let you know calmly that I’d be leaving a review and some customer blurted, “ they can’t stay here all night just to serve you!” Oddly, I guess they would if it were a la carte. Maybe don’t advertise all you can eat if it is only till 8:30, put it on your website, brush up on customer service and realize that you are in a sketchy strip mall that feels unsafe, so practice some...

Absolutely the WORST place I've ever been to! From beginning to end, I've never been treated so poorly in all my life. The place is tiny and dingy; only 2 tables and a small sushi bar. No one greeted us or even recognized that we walked in. We sat in the sun because they couldn't close their blinds, which is not not good for raw fish. The waitress gave us 3 order forms, so when the owner started bringing us the other table's food, we were so confused. She finally came over and said we were only supposed to fill out 1 form for the whole table, but she didn't tell us that before we ordered. Then, they were all all out of oysters, which was OK, but one of us ordered quail eggs and no one told us they were out until they gave us the rest of the order (minus mine, which they never even brought out). The owner just plopped some fish on the table and as he was walking away, said "Oh, by the way, we're out of quail eggs." The waitress never filled our water, we didn't get any utensils (chopsticks), wasabi or ginger - nothing. Finally, we asked her to get the manager so we could explain how unsatisfied we were. The owner comes over and my husband asks if there's anything he can do to compensate the horrible service we received. The owner replies (no lie) "I give you food, you don't want it and you give it to the other table. We're down 2 people, what do you expect?" I said to him, "The food was FOR the other table - it was their order! And we expect good service, especially at $25 per person, no matter how many people you have on staff!" So what does he do? He walks away fom our table and goes back to making sushi, leaving us sitting there dumbfounded. So, I got up and said we've had it, the service stunk, the food stunk, and we're leaving. He says, "Good! Get out of here!" SERIOUSLY??? Is that the way you run your business??! I couldn't believe he talked to us that way! We will NEVER go back and will tell everyone we know how horrible of a...
