I love Domino's pizza, but when I order using the app. If I forget to change the store I'm ordering from, I am always.... always disappointed when I end up ordering from this location. The pizza tracker tells you the steps that are happening, so why do I wait 30+ minutes to get my pizza after the tracker says "your driver _ is on the way" infact I just ordered a pizza from this location and as of right now I have been waiting 43 minutes.. rediculous. They should not using the tracker if it's going to show their employees leaving their store that us 6 minutes away from my house but for some reason it takes more that 30 minutes just to make the drive.
Update, they said it was due to the driver having a double order.. still rediculous. You order a pizza thinking itll take more than an hour to get to you. If that's a problem the store is aware of. Then they should contact you somehow and tell you itll be an hour before they can get the pizza delivered the 6 minute drive from the store. I would not have ordered it if I know it was going to take this long.
-almost exactly an hour after the tracker lied to me that Brooke was on the way with the pizza, I finally recieved my luke warm pizza. I had almost the exact same experience last time I ordered from this store and last time the pizza was even worse it so cold the cheese had gotten hard. I try to go out of my way to compliment restaurants and people and places who do good work, and I dont like writing negative reviews unless it's really warranted and the fact that this same store has consistently made ordering from them unpleasant. I am probably not going to order Domino's anytime in the foreseeable future, based on the worry that I might forget to use any other location and get stuck dealing with this store for and hour and half just to receive a pizza that's been getting cold while it waits to be delivered. Read moreOrdered pizza at 6:06 pm, I am posting this as we speak and it is 6:56 pm, placed order online for carry out, went to get pizza when it showed almost done at 6:16 pm on my online tracker. Get their, no record of my order, wife asks again, asked for the name, literally had to pull up our bank statement to prove order was made, then told multiple times it will be 5 minutes, that was 25 minutes ago. Other guests came in and ordered and have left with pizzas that were ordered in store after our order, then , i called and spoke to JOHNNY. JOHNNY stated that for some reason one pizza wasn't made, then got or was cross contaminated some how, meanwhile my wife has sat in the store now for over 45 minutes waiting for the pizzas and have been told 4 times 5 more minutes for 20 plus minutes now. I will drive across town now if I have to pick up my pizza, I will not choose this location again. And after all is said and done, get pizza home, and its mainly sauce and very little cheese. I'm...
