The young man server and teller lie to us, both say the sandwinsh will be free. There were only like 6 people before me. I asked when I arrived 11:43am if the sandwish are for free, I asked before they prepare it, I ask at the check out, I order 5 sandwish for free. 2 of my kid started to eat them, because the teller told me are for free. Then the teller told me I have to pay for them, because is pass 12pm , but I ask all the time even at the end of the order mentioned that I want the free sandwish no extras and he say will be free...., kids were seated and started to eat. The teller told me y to pay even he say was for free.... I told him he say is free... but he preffer to througth the sandwish on the trash in stead of give them to us. My kids were so sad and after 1 hours they still sad to got the sandwish taken from them. That is so rude and that was the teller and server mistake. When the teller charge me the money and denied to give for free and say he will put them in the trash, the lady that prepare a half of the sandwish told him that was for free, bit he say no.... he also admited in front of wveribody that they new they will charge me ,but they say was for free. The young boy at the teller shouldn' had say it " It is for free" many times at the first place. After us were 3 more people with the sandwish prepare and he througth in the trash too. They never let us know that they will chargr us, because they say for free. It was so rude to thrugth in the trash 8 sandwish with a lot of meat, peperonni, salami, and all the ingredients ... that is so rude and not proper not assum the mistake and not even give and apology! Also they were so slow and the same young man was absent most of the time. The service was bad. NEVER COME BACK THERE. I didn't pay, because was theirs mistake to say many times is free during prep...
Read moreMaybe your NEW MANAGER Should put up some signs if you and your employees can't handle making more than one sandwich per customer in person. Maybe you all need to clarify on your signs that if you need to order more than one or two sandwiches they must order online. I have been coming to this location for 10 years now and never had one of your employees ever state that because when I come in and have usually 4 or 5 sandwiches, that I need to start ordering online. Unfortunately I was driving from helping my friends grandma when my husband called and asked to pick up food. Now because I was already out I said sure and my husband doesn't like technology and doesn't know how to order that many sandwiches online any way. Plus I couldn't as I was already driving. So maybe you all need to put a sign up stating orders over 1 or 2 need to be made online. I am even a patient person that if I had to wait I would have waited for them to finish anything else they had or I'm willing to wait for my food any where I go, but your one employees just seemed upset after I told him how many I need and that's when he told me that they usually won't help customers if they have that many and that they have those customers make online orders and said that the new manager doesn't want to do that any more because you all are getting bad reviews and upset customers. If this was the case than you all should have already put up signs. I'm not upset with having to order online, I'm just frustrated with your employee for his kind of attitude towards it and how he seemed shocked when I told him I have have been coming in for 10 years in person ordering that many at one time and that's when he stated well we have a new manager. So your new manager needs to get his stuff straight and...
Read moreI came in today to find Dominic so as to get his name for this review. This man is one of the most compassionate strangers I have ever met. I came in a few weeks prior to pick up a late dinner before going out to do ride share (which is a second job) to help me tackle my debts. I am going through some extremely hard times currently outside of finances and in the middle of trying to order my sub I just lost control of myself and cried. He asked if I was okay with a look on his face that showed no annoyance or awkwardness at a grown man crying in a Subway but genuine concern and compassion for his fellow man. I told him I am just trying to keep my s* together and that I am sorry he had to deal with it. I turned to grab a drink from the fridge and when I set it down he pushed the sandwich toward me while I was getting ready to pay and told me 'you look like you need it.' It was not an issue of money and I was ready and willing to pay but he insisted. His kindness and compassion gave me something new to think about and take my mind out of a state of sadness and even encouraged me to pay that kindness back to more strangers I encountered throughout the rest of the weeks the followed. Dominic deserves tremendous recognition for what he did for me that night. I would appreciate an email from a supervisor just so I can personally ensure recognition is given accordingly.
And thanks to Ben today for making my order while I got to thank...
