Update March 2024 Fed the family here because the kids requested it. Thankfully, I came prepared this time for the sticker shock. I've put a pic of the receipt in my review. They still have ridiculous prices. A "giant" or 16" sandwich was $18.25!!! And $4.25 for a soft drink!!! "Honey, we may have to sell the car! We're eating at Jersey Mike's." Original Review 2022 After much deliberation in the vehicle to pick a place to eat, my kids, who are teens, along with their grandma decided to eat at Jersey Mike's. It was my treat & a special occasion since we had just picked up grandma from the airport who was returning from a short vacation. And Jersey Mike's is grandma's favorite "go to" place to eat. I was glad they picked it since this was my first time eating there. All 4 of us ordered a sandwich with chips & a drink. First off we have the cost, $54 for four meals (we're talking the regular size sandwiches that are 6-7 inches in length, a small bag of chips, and a med size drink cup for soda.) That averages to $13.50 per a meal. For what?! Nope! Not even close to good value for the amount of food we got. I ordered the Philly & was not impressed by the quality nor with the amount of food. When I had finished my meal, I was still hungry. Good thing grandma likes them, because I give this place 1 star on price alone.

**UPDATE….. I wanna thank Nathan for handling my complaint, as shown below. I have since gone back to Mike’s and have had all wonderful experiences! From the customer service, to quality, all has been great. Their pastrami sammich is a new fave of mine. I hate to leave a bad review for my favorite sandwich place, but tonight’s experience was awful. First of all, my husband went inside about 15 min past pick up time (stupid traffic), then the guy proceeds to tell him he had the wrong location. A very upset husband comes back to the car only for me to prove we indeed had the correct one. We were told our ticket never printed. There was no remorse for the mistake, nor offered anything to drink. After another 20 minutes I had to go remind them I was still waiting for our order. Tonight certainly wasn’t mikes way. 😥 Mama bit right into a jalapeño, hates spicy. Went back to check the app which we confirmed we asked for none. Felt like I had a bread and lettuce sandwich, two out of the five meats were missing…

Been coming here for a while now and have never seen the station so messy. I had to ask the younger male to clear their station before placing all 3 of my sandwiches on a spill of red vinegar and wilted lettuce. And then before I asked for lettuce on my sandwich, I had to ask the female to CHANGE out the disgusting pink wilted lettuce, which after making my sandwich, was dumped ON TOP of the fresh lettuce and still served it to other customers behind me. I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the female took great care of us at the end but that younger white male on shift at 11am was rude and frustrated that we asked him to do his job which should've already been done without a customer having to ask.

Discusting!!!! First time to any Jersey Mike's location and definitely the last. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a wrap, all as value meals. The girl behind the counter made one of the sandwiches incorrectly, simply added pepper, but once we corrected her, she literally tried scraping the pepper off the toppings then placed them back on the sandwich. Really? Should've put new toppings on, if not, make a whole new sandwich. Second, after putting an overwhelming amount of lettuce on the 2 sandwiches, enough that an ample amount fell onto the counter, she scooped it back up, put it back in the lettuce container, which then in turn, ended up on the wrap. Is Jersey Mikes not able to cover that expense? In addition to having recycled lettuce placed on the wrap, had to go back and tell her what the menu called for, it comes with a certain sauce, add it. Pretty simple. To top it all off, all items were made directly on the counter top, nothing separating the two. I'm not sure if this is a common practice, but all other sub shops, at a minimum, place a piece of wrapping paper on the counter top before fixing the items ordered. Remind you, we ordered the meal deals, after the bill was paid, we had to get her back to the register so we could get cups. It was roughly 7-730 pm. Her excuse for making numerous mistakes was she had been there since 1130. I guess an 8 hour shift was too taxing on her. Recommend Firehouse Subs over this place any day of the week. Or even going to Wal-Mart, buying a loaf of bread, peanut butter and Jelly then make your...

I have purposely avoided this Jersey Mike's for about a year now: They are the closest location to where I live but the worst one in town. The employees do not treat people well, the food quality/quantity is cheap and measured carefully so that you get less food on the sandwich and this location doesn't give refunds-period-NO MATTER WHAT. (Last time I was here, 3 teen girls were working and I ordered a reg. sub but they looked distracted/not paying attention and she started making a giant sub. I just assumed it was someone else's sub since they were making 2 or 3 different subs including a giant sub of the kind I ordered-until they said "what toppings do you want on it?" and I was shocked they got that wrong, and they did not take responsibility for the mistake. The "new sandwich" was then made incorrectly on the wrong type of bread that was also stale/old. I had to say it again that I want a REGULAR sub on white bread, not on wheat bread. The girls laughed and talked and weren't really paying attention the entire time. Once I finally sat down to eat, they started talking even more and started blasting LOUD rap music for the whole store to hear-to where you couldn't even talk or hear other people over it. This is not even all that went wrong THIS SPECIFIC time, but I don't want to make the review too long.) I will go out of my way to go to ANY other location but my favorite one in town is off of Woodmen Rd. where I am always treated with great customer service, excellent food with normal portions and it's a great...

I enjoy jersey mikes, I really do, but this location makes me want to stop coming. Every single time I come in to this store, the guy which I’m assuming is the manager as he’s there every single time I come in, has a MASSIVE attitude. I’ve never seen someone be so disrespectful every. Single. Time. I come in. There is not a single instance where this store has had an attitude problem towards their customers. None of them act like they actually want to be there (understandably so sometimes, but don’t treat your customers that badly). The manager really needs an attitude check. Today he asked me “Are you going to order?” In a hostile tone rather than asking me what I would’ve liked. I’ve had instances where I needed to order multiple subs and instead of asking me if I wanted anything other than the one sub he would ask the next person in line causing me to wait for him to start checking me out to say “ you can check the next guy out, I needed another sub.” I don’t like verbally confronting someone at their workplace, but I’m really tired of this behavior from this guy. I’ve watched him disciple lower employees in an extremely unprofessional way to the point of getting within an inch of a young woman’s face, and yelling at her for not being fast enough on the makeline. When he makes orders he’s throwing the product and slamming things. Even today he quite literally slammed the bread knife on the counter for his coworker. Please do something...
