Used the jimmyjohns.com website; ordered from 90-day history, literally ONLY changed the sandwich from a 13" to an 8"... they delivered me a sandwich with NO condiments on my past history orders. I called to discuss options, literally told them I'm willing to drive in and grab the "included at no extra charge" condiments for my sandwich since the disconnect between website and store failed the customer. I was told I would have to order an entire sandwich to get the "said condiments" on it correct. I drove down to the store and Winston, store manager, or so he said, said that he could not give me sides of the condiments that should have been included on my sandwich, so that I could put them on myself... I did not ask for a new sandwich, though I would've expected that they would offer that as an option; I simply requested the condiments FOR my paid sandwich. Again, I was told that I would have to pay for an entire new sandwich. Seriously! Thanks, but no thanks! I'll seek other food joints in the future... Horrible customer service, even when the paying customer was helping right the wrong... I hope also the website gets fixed, so that when you are repeating an order and you change ONE thing about your order, it doesn't default to the basic menu...
Read moreI live in a new build house exactly 2 miles from this jimmy johns. They have delivered to me FOUR times since I moved here two months ago. I called for delivery and Bobby said they don’t deliver to me...I explained to him we’ve gotten delivery service to our house FOUR times from this location and asked if they changed there delivery peramiters. He said no but that he was not willing to deliver to me..I asked what the closest location that delivers to my location was and he said HIS store but that he would not take my order??? WHAT kind of customer service is that???? It made no sense. He stated that Jimmy Johns has strict delivery peramiters in the same breath that his location is my delivery store..I asked if he had a Manager to speak with and he said I didn’t need one that they will just tell me it was a mistake that the last FOUR people took my order and delivered to me despite being in delivery range and having record of delivering to me on multiple occasions..when I told him this made no sense he just laughed and said he wasn’t going to give me a manager. I will never use Jimmy Johns again! You completely lost a loyal customer and Bobby needs serious customer...
Read more$450 order for over 30 people at a workshop was 45 minutes late! Most frustrating was two different stories from two different employees, one being the manager. I called at 10 minutes late and was told it was leaving in 2 minutes...we are only 5 minutes from them. Obviously, that was incorrect. Called at 35 minutes late and the manager said they didn't have drivers and that our order was actually ready on time. Well, couldn't have the manager, or one of the other employees that was actually there, have delivered our order especially knowing it was so late and we were very close by? To add insult to injury, once we received the order, none of the box lunches were marked as to what sandwich was inside so we had to open every one of them to find out. We also discovered that we received an inordinate amount of jalapeno chips when it was supposed to be a random mix of chips.
I've never had an issue at other Jimmy John's when ordering my individual lunch inside or through the drive through...indeed they were "freaky fast." Catering at this location,...
