McDonald's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

You know the funny thing is that I go to this McDonald's all the time. If I could I would give it zero stars. I recently downloaded the McDonald's App and have been going through the app and picking up my order. I usually have friend's over and breakfast is the easiest to get so here I am using the Mobile App for dinner the doors are supposed to be open until 10pm I was there at 9:45 and finished my cigarette. It's still not 10 pm and no one has even come to the door so I extinguish my cigarette and go to open the door and umm its already locked. Mind you its still 5 minutes til closing inside and no one is even paying attention to me pounding at this point because they won't even let me walk up to the drive thru window even if they have no one in queue. Finally at 10:02 as if by some great mirical some young teenager comes to the door to tell me they are closed. I had to show him my phone just to get in the door. Mind you I live across the street and come here all the time for coffee breakfast and all other times of day. I'm a regular they weren't rushed and still didn't add tomatoes to any of the sandwiches that added them and didn't remove the pickles or add extra ketchup and mustard on the burgers that ask for them to be removed. I also had an 80% off coupon that the manager wouldn't even come talk to me about. When I got to the house and noticed that they had screwed up the order the wouldn't answer the phone. I hate to be ignored but to do that means that you could care less. Worst freakin' experience ever in any McDonald's. If the managers don't care then the employees won't either and then I'm not sure who's cooking my food at that point or if I'm even getting what I order.I would find any other McDonald's because this one is not the one to go to. Manager wouldn't even come talk to me...

I’ve been coming to this location 2-3 times per week for about 6 months. Last week their sign said hiring. I specifically come to this location because the employees are always really great here, especially the 3 managers I’ve interacted with (two women, one man). Today there was a manager that I have never seen before, and I witnessed her treating the customers and employees in a completely unprofessional and rude manner. One young man asked for a small water with no ice, she picked up a premade one with ice and she said “it has ice, you don’t want it?” And he said no, and then she rolled her eyes and walked away. Then when I went to get my order from the counter I asked for ketchup. She tossed 3 packets at me and walked away. She just genuinely seemed super annoyed any time a customer asked for anything. So I reached over the counter and grabbed one more ketchup packet. She then proceeded to YELL at me from the fry station loud enough for most of the restaurant to hear. Even as I went and sat down at the table I sit at 2-3 times a week I could still hear her yelling. “MAAM YOU CANNOT COME BEHIND THE COUNTER. IF YOU DO THAT AGAIN YOU WILL HAVE TO LEAVE!” Etc etc. I walked back over and said, “Excuse me, what is your name ma’am?” She said, “Tanisha. YOU CAN LEAVE NOW!” I did leave and I called the store and asked for the name of the general head manager and was told Tanisha. So I called corporate, gave the store number and her name and an account of me witnessing her berate customers. I’m thinking she might be new since I’ve never seen her before and they were hiring last week. The manager I normally see that is very kind and professional was not here today. Corporate said they will give me a call in about a week with an update. Unless this woman is removed from this location, I will not...

Once again things were just bad at this McDonald's. I went for breakfast, but missed it by 3 min. I should've left since breakfast is the only decent thing at McDonald's. But I didn't. So I ordered my food through the drive-thru, pulled up to pay. The lady collecting the money could care less if she was there or not. I just got a "amount owed" while she just talked away with another employee. Strike 1. Then I pulled up to the next window. Lady was nice but my food wasn't ready, it was still being cooked I guess. So they asked me to pull to the side and they'd bring it too me. Ok not that big of a deal. Fresh food. They brought me my food and I left and went home. I live no more than 1 min away. Food was cold!! Hmmm. Strike 2. So I decided to call and let them know since I paid almost $10 for a regular sized Big Mac meal. The phone rang forever then finally someone picked up and immediately hung up. I called back immediately and it rang and rang, etc...STRIKE 3. That's it. I will never go to this place again. This is normal for them. And then I ask myself, Why are these people getting paid $14 an hour? A chimpanzee would do a better job.
