This Place deserves a zero on a Thursday night around 7:40 we went to order a cake for Saturday first of all the door was locked the door says they close at 8 so we knock the lady open she was so rude she was mad because we were there we were explaining her what kind of cake we wanted and what we wanted on the cake and how we wanted it so supposedly she was writing when I was telling her and we paid a whole cake before we left and I even repeat myself several times what we wanted on the cake on the day we went we pick up the cake the cake was a mess the color was not what we wanted we wanted a cake purple and blue and they gave us white and just a little bit of the color purple and blue like the cake was white we wanted them to write happy birthday and the names of the person's birthday and we want if we on top no they did nothing they were giving us a plain cake and they were complaining saying that we never explain what we want on the cake which is so not true it wasn't my fault that that chick was who who was working that night didn't do her job just because she was mad just because we got there 20 minutes before they were closing and her worst when we were about to leave we saw a mice running under where bread stand is I'm never ever going to this place again people go somewhere else please and save time money and save your self from dealing with stupid...

This used to be my favorite place to get cakes for parties. The flavor was great, the staff friendly, and willing to take on any design. Now: staff is rude, the owner seems always stressed. Which I get since there seems to be a lot of people nowadays, but she is always on edge and rude. She used to give me discount (which I never asked for) but I appreciated it. Because I used to get cakes often. For our family and friend's parties. Now, she gets mad to see me. Like I will ASK for a discount. Which I don't expect. .And that is not putting into affect that they have messed up the messages often. I asked for a simple design. She got mad and said to look in the designs they have. I got the cake just a last time and the not so smart staff actually wrote "Or Congrats, Congratulations" when I was told that if "Congratulations" didn't fit, they would write "or congrats" and they put in parentheses on top, just as a reminder. And they actually wrote it on the cake. Like WTF? And the letters were so messy. I am so disappointed and am moving on. The owner obviously doesn't like her job. The staff follows her example of rude and short tempered attitude, which transfers onto the craft. The price was reasonable but there are other places who are just as reasonable, if not more. And much more friendly. Which in my book,...

I asked for the cake to to be in the colors pink and gold and they gave me the cake in purple and white nothing to do with what I had asked and they still checked the paper they wrote the order in and it said pink and gold. This is the 3rd time I have ordered a cake and they have messed up my order another time I asked for a desighn and they gave me a completely different one and another time I spelled out my sons name because everyone always misspell it and they still mispelled his name. I’m sad to say I’m very disappointed in what this bakery is becoming. Don’t order a cake unless your expecting whatever they feel like doing on it. And also I had preordered about 50 conchas for an event we were having and I still called about 2 days before to confirm and on the day I went to pick it up they did not...
