On 25.06.24 about 12:30P, I went in to PB on Academy Blvd. for a quick meal of soup & an apple. I did use the women's restroom upon my arrival. I noticed a few things that needed some attention to in the women's restroom. On seeing a young girl who worked at PB, I asked when someone would be checking the bathrooms b/c in the women's restroom. She didn't know, then I alerted her to the fact that it was very LOW on toilet paper in the 2 stalls and there was NO paper hand towels left in the dispenser. She looked at me and sternly said..."Can't you see we're busy?" and quickly walked away. Oh yeah?!? Of course I did b/c I was one of the folks waiting in line PATIENTLY for my bowl of soup & apple! At the time, there were only 3 of us waiting for our orders to be completed. I don't know what her issues were--work related or personal, but that not's how one should react...just say, "Thank you for letting us know." EVEN IF she wasn't responsible to take care of the situation! I was not happy with her response to me--sooo absolutely rude & unkind. I don't do this very often, but I promised myself I WILL speak with her supervisor soon. I had an appointment to get to so I was not going to get into any head-butting nor responding to her silly uninvited response! I would have told John who was taking orders at the front cash register, but there was a line up there of folks ordering and John was really NOT the one to tell this to!!! I felt I needed to tell her superior of this, so I decided report this incident online instead. This gal was filling orders behind the food area counter where the discussion of the restroom could be somewhat quiet with her. I hope someone from PB can talk to this young lady and give her some positive feedback AND training in how to courteously engage with PB customers. Not to brag, but there IS A WAY to do that...I ran TWO restaurants at one time and would NEVER EVER have anyone in my employ to go ahead and treat a customer like she did. Just saying. I don't like reporting things like this because it should not have even happened, but she does need to spoken to about this kind of thing. I personally know the pressures on and in the food industry as mentioned above. Our customers are our highest priority...even when WE are having a BAD or PRESSURED day!!! I hope SOMEONE from hour PB business is able to respond appropriately to this information. PLEASE HELP THIS YOUNG GIRL! She probably needs the job and the pay, but she also needs training in responding to PB customers appropriately!!! I wouldn't give up on her, just help her, PLEASE!!! Sorry, I do not...
Read more$48 dollars for three 1/2 sands and soups with water. Not enough help, rushed to order, help is stressed, place was trashed at 1:30 PM. Yes, it was after the main lunch, but a mile-hi pile of dishes stacked up feet about the trash cans? The food was slapped on like big slabs of provolone and deli meat. Too thick to cut with their plastic forks. It's really not worth writing up. A lot of people still eat here! I don't get it. In 2018, I ate at one in Broomfield CO and it was do delicious! Really, I could not wait to get to the Houston Galleria Center and try that one. When I got to Houston and to the Panera is was so... bad. We could not eat our food. Left it and went elsewhere. So, here it is 2025 and trying it again because of circumstances. And it was just ok. But, not ok at $50 for a few thin sliced bread and chunky deli meat. No. It was not ok. The soup we all three had was hot and pretty good. The rest of the visit was something you would never repeat. I get it. From the dirty dishes pile. A lot of people go here. That I do not get. Why?? I would recommend a new name! Drop the bread. Drop serving more bread as a side. Get some help! Make rotisserie chicken and pull of some warm fresh meat, put on some smokey cheese, how about challah bread? Reorganize! Or, it appears you are making money from someone somehow without help to pay. So keep...
Read moreThis is the worst panera I have patronized. Last time! The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Is this the best hiring you can do and now you want us to tip your poor help? I apologize but I do not have this woman's name but she has served me several times and it is always poor service. She works in the morning. She is young and heavy set. The older woman with whitish hair works with her and she is fine. This young woman is unkempt and lazy. She cannot even put in my phone number when I give it to her, she makes me do it manually. She is sloppy, does not have etiquette and has poor customer service skills. Today' issue is the last straw for me. I walked to the front counter and she is picking something on her arm. Disgusting...and then she is going to serve me? So I tried to get out of having her serve me but the older woman said she would ring me up and the sloppy woman would get my order. Well she never uses gloves so I asked her to put them on. She looked at me like I had 2 heads. I have never had one issue at Ben Fords location at the shoppes at Briargate. Whoever manages this store needs to learn to manage. This woman has no class at all, this was not the first time she has done something like this. I am finished,...
