04/06/2024 My husband and I ate here since it’s near-by and we were craving pasta. Appetizers: I enjoyed the mozzarella bites. The breading had a light flavor and texture which was nice. The marinara sauce was excellent! The bruschetta was good, I liked that the bread was chargrilled. They currently have a $13 for two on select appetizers which was nice! Shrimp Portofino: I really enjoyed my entree! The sauce was good, there wasn’t an overwhelming amount of pine nuts, the spinach was perfectly sautéd and the shrimps were huge and juicy. My only critique would be that the capellini were broken so it was difficult to grab, even with fork + spoon. Penne Rústica: My husband didn’t thoroughly enjoy his dish. He liked the sauce and the chicken but whatever they garnish on the top, was very strong in flavor and not in a good way. Tasted sour, fermented. I believe it was a bell pepper garnish with cheese. I tried it, it was strong. I am use to strong flavors and I can see how it could be off-putting. It was borderline. He didn’t like the prosciutto. I didn’t try it but it looked like tough, chewy pieces. Our Waitstaff was very kind, sweet & helpful.

First time going here. I’d always been curious about them and so had my friends that joined me with their kiddos. I’ll start by saying everyone was super friendly and random workers in the kitchen said goodbye as we left. Very nice. Also appreciate they honor Veterans for a free meal on Veteran’s day. However, we didn’t have a good experience there. We were told it was no wait when I called ahead. When we arrived 20 mins later, we checked in and they said they just needed to bus a table and they’d be able to seat us in like 10 ish mins. It was way longer than that, Pbly nearly 25-30 mins. Then we were seated and they forgot to come start serving us for at least another 20 ish minutes, including not even asking us about drinks and bringing us the water we wanted. Multiple times another guy asked if we’d been served and we said no and he tried to go find someone but no one came. They switched us to a new server and that young server when he finally showed up was well-intentioned but clearly flustered/overwhelmed. Our food took a really long time and it arrived barely lukewarm, practically cold. Cold spaghetti and meatballs is not appetizing at all. Calamari appetizer was not very good taste (bland in my opinion) and cooked way too tough. Food we ordered was just ok, not amazing flavor, definitely wouldn’t go back and didn’t think it was worth the money it should’ve costed on their menus. The bottom Of the Kids pizza was soggy. Kids Alfredo pasta was just ok (but admittedly it’s a kids meal so I know they simplify it). Didn’t even seem like it was that busy of a night for them but they just seemed to be struggling. I hope we caught them on a really bad night (because otherwise I don’t know how they stay in business) but I still won’t be trying them again. I and my friends agreed we can make better spaghetti meatballs for a lot cheaper ourselves and have our food served faster too! UPDATE: Still Have yet to hear back from them after I went to their site to report the feedback per their request below in their reply back to me. Very disappointing and feels like a major waste of my time if they were just going to ignore me again.

Haven't been to this restaurant in over 10 years. If I remember correctly you used to get bread and olive oil while waiting for your food? Not this time, maybe that's a change. I didn't ask since we were ordering an appetizer. But if someone can confirm I'd appreciate it. Ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer and was not impressed. Usually I'll scarf down some artichoke dip but I didn't even care to finish this. It felt lacking in some sense that I couldn't out my finger on. My dinner company and I, each ordered the Mamas trio. A massive sized sampler of Fettuccine Alfredo (I added mushrooms to mine), a healthy portion of Lasagna and a decent sized Chicken Parm. I also order a side of Brussels Sprouts and my friend order a Ceaser salad. We had so much food leftover. One Mamas trio is plenty to share. Especially if you order sides to go with it as it does not come with anything other than the "trio". The food overall was OK. I expected a bit more. The service was also OK. Our waitress was personable. And I understand she was waiting on the bar but it took a long while before we got the wine we ordered. There were menus that just sat on the floor our entire visit which was super tacky! Let's play the guess how many employees walked by and didn't pick them up game! I was tempted to pick them up myself! LOTS of room for improvement here. May be (probably) another decade before I return.

Arrived to a nearly deserted restaurant at seemingly peak dinner hours on a Saturday night. Right away you are greeted with a pretty intense raw beef odor as if youre walking into a butcher shop. Waitress was very nice and greeted us right away. We placed our orders for drinks and dinner right away. Shortly after taking our orders the waitress returned to inform us they were out of milk. Of all milk. After appetizers arrived, I finally asked what the status of our drinks which hadn't yet been delivered. When she returned I was informed that the beer I had ordered was also out of stock. Cesar salads arrived that came with the meal (pictured) but had to croutons. Wait staff informed us they were all out of croutons as well. The appetizer was incredibly over priced given what was delivered. The tomatoes were mushy as if they had been cut in the morning and left out. The meals arrived pretty quickly likely because they saved time cooking the pasta as all of it was pretty al dente. While eating a member of the staff asked if a member if our party could move a bit so they could sweep under our table. Seemed like a task that should be reserved for when the guest departs and was perceived as pretty rude and imposing. Overall incredibly overpriced food with a slightly above average staff. If you are looking for Italian food in the Springs, go to Carrabas or even Olive Garden.

We got take out on Christmas day. I went to pick up the food and they told me it would be another 10 mins or so, so I waited. By the time I got my food is was 45 mins past the time it was supposed to be ready. When I got home (We live in the apartments across the way) our food was ice cold and all the chicken items were burnt. The food was probably ready when I got there but they were busy. I called the next day to ask for a refund. They said they had to report it to their corporate office and a refund would be issued within 7-10 days. I called back a bit after new year since I knew it would be a delay due to the holidays. Since then, I still haven't gotten my refund and I have had to call 5 times already. Still nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Nobody seems to know how to get a refund in a timely manner. And we are still waiting on the refund that has been promised. Update 2/13/18: I'm still waiting on a refund. Called again 2 more times to the store. Stated they would make sure I get the refund. Still nothing. I called their corporate office and the guest relations manager didn't answer the phone. I left a detailed voicemail. Let's see how long it takes now to get an answer. Update 2/23/18: I still haven't received any sort of refund or update.

Wonderful experience for date night. Our server seated us immediately and was very polite, attentive, and friendly. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered the cocktail "skinny Margarita" which we received almost immediately. We ordered the stuff mushrooms and the calamari fritti which was brought out to us within ten minutes. The appetizers were fresh, seasoned amazingly, and a delight. For our main courses, I ordered the mushroom ravioli which was devine with flavor, texture, and portion. My husband ordered the shrimp portofino that tasted utterly delicious that makes your taste buds dance with a good size portion. My husband got another beer and I ordered the frosè which tasted of a strawberry sherbet, so good!! For dessert I ordered the decadent chocolate cake with was so rich, smooth and tasty. My husband ordered the New York style cheesecake that tasted of a smooth strawberry shortbread with the cookies. Everything was clean, great lighting, and professional staff. Definitely coming back again and recommending to everyone.
