My husband and I were just at this location an hour ago and I’m extremely disappointed by the customer service. We’ve had trouble in the past with ordering the Nitro and receiving a cold brew instead. Which we have no problem with, because if anything we can just ask the barista to switch it out with no issue. Today after confirming the order with the employee checking us out, we were feeling pretty good about it coming out right! She was very sweet. However we did run into the Nitro/Cold brew problem, which again is normally not a big deal. However, when my husband asked if they could remake the Nitro he was met with a very rude “that’s not what you ordered,” from the employee making our drinks, with the context being that he was lying. He tried to explain that we did indeed order a Nitro, she finally remade it. When my husband started drinking it he realized that, what was supposed to be sweet cream, wasn’t. We left and he opted not to say anything about it again after what he already had to deal with. I feel that the employee didn’t give us proper customer service. Read moreStarbucks needs a lot of help, Dutch Bros. Is kind of slowly beating them in customer service, and product quality. Every Dutch Bros across the nation is packed and they've placed them near a Starbucks, and there's ten cars in the drive thru for every one car at a Starbucks. It's a no politics place, unlike Starbucks making the news, from kicking out police officers, and military members, to pandering to loiterers. I want to buy coffee and don't want to be associated with a so called safe space like Starbucks with their political correctness. I support service members, firefighters, and members of law enforcement, and if other customers complain about not feeling comfortable around these paying guests then tell them they can leave at anytime. However, never, ask our heroes to leave, shame on Starbucks. This is definitely not isolated incidents, it's a from top down corporate culture and unspoken policy. I used to drink Starbucks everyday for over 20 years but...

And they won't even give me change for a 5 dollar bill unless I give em some of that 5 dollar bill or all of it and then some.....Screw...
