The manager was rude and impatient but took time to give me "special" notice. I came in with two children. After my eldest ordered (and he had forgotten some things about his order so I jumped in to help as he n I discussed as he said he had anxiety which irritated her) she asked if that was it as if she wanted to be done. I ordered for the baby, same thing. Her facial expressions & tone show she's extremely impatient and unfriendly. I will never be back. I bought extra nuggets for an outing at the park tomorrow and she just got short and kept yelling to the side like it felt good to yell and get it out and got back to me with an irritated "anything else?" (He body language showed irritation as well. She kept slaping her hands on the kiosk and she bent over it and glared like 'hurry tf up'" She argued with me about one of the large sodas I ordered (and started the next order before even giving me my receipt.) and had an attitude when I came up for the chocolate milk they'd over looked and again when I needed a to-go bag. When I left she said "have a good day" but hadn't said it to anyone else and had a tone and look like don't come back. I won't. I understand making fast food pay is miserable but don't take it out on your customers. I'll be back if corporate/store owners correct this. Otherwise the food isn't worth the attitude. You want an apology because I decided to spend money here?! The fries were cold and the meat smells funny. It's...
Read moreA basic screw up on an order can lead to serious problems! I ordered a hamburger with NO MAYONNAISE! I am allergic to mayonnaise. But that’s not the worst part. I am a type 1 diabetic that takes insulin and had given insulin for the hamburger that I thought had no mayonnaise just as I had told them. In case you didn’t know, an insulin overdose can easily be fatal and is irreversible. To sum things up, I ordered the hamburger. Next, I gave insulin like I am supposed to do before eating. I opened the foil only to see it completely saturated in mayonnaise. This is exactly why people need to pay attention when taking orders! My safety is now at risk because of this and now I am risking having a severe drop in blood glucose levels. Also, lastly, I called you guys and i suspect you hung up before even answering the phone because after a few minutes of calling the call dropped. People screwed up and mistakes can be made, but let this be a lesson on how serious basic mistakes like this can be. I don’t want anyone getting in trouble for this because I admit I also messed up. I shouldn’t have given the insulin first without inspecting the burger. Mistakes are what make us human. What matters is...
Read moreWent for a late night dinner tonight , and when I first went to order my food the woman TERRI was talking so fast that I felt rushed throughout the experience. I get all the way home to realize that all my food was ice cold and the chicken was green. I tried calling , but no one answered and it eventually came up with a busy tone. When I made it back to Wendy's the "GM TERRI" started snatching the food from me without saying a word. She was rude and very disrespectful, i asked her if she had anything to say about the ice cold food they had just tried to sell to late night guests, no response. My husband was on the phone with her as i pulled up and was told she didn't have to identify herself, that she didn't have a job code or job ID that was specific to her, forcing him to outsource through Facebook to find her. We were both entirely displeased with our late night experience here with this GM "Terri" that we do not wish to conduct anymore business with any local Wendy's locations around our area, it was that bad. I only hope that this woman does not have any future contact with customers because i do not wish how we were treated as customers/guests on...
