If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered the 2 person thigh bites meal and the 5 free wings for National Wing Day. When we got home to eat, it was the completely wrong order inside. Called and talked to David on the phone (amazing customer service from him but sadly only him) he was the only one who apologised for the incident. He told us to come back in and it’ll be fixed. So we drive 10 minutes back, get inside and David is there to help us. He calls forward the manager, manager checks the meal and walks off to punch a wall… I wish I was kidding. Came back to us and told us that it’ll be over a 50 minutes wait for our correct order. So it was either wait 50 more minutes for our food or take a refund. You messed up, you need to expedite my meal not tell me to wait 50+ minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Not hate to David though, he was a great cashier and was really nice to us the whole time. Wish I got the name of the manager who punched the wall, definitely not how you should be acting in front of customers. Completely unprofessional. Read moreI ordered online in attempt to save some wait time. It was incredibly misleading and disappointing and unfortunately I will not be a returning customer. It said my estimated wait time would be 40 minutes from the time I placed my order until pick up. When i arrived to pick my order up it was 45 minutes since I ordered and she said my ticket was first (5 other customers then got their orders in front of me however). I ended up not getting my food until 1 hour 15 minutes after placing my order. When I DID get my food, my wings were incredibly soggy and undercooked (and I had ordered them EXTRA CRISPY) and barely seasoned (the parmesan and hawaiian looked and tasted the same as one another, they tasted like straight butter), my fries were cold and saturated in grease and WAY overcooked (completely brown).
