Very disappointed. My kids and I are normally huge fans of Qdoba. We always get two bowls, with sides of chips. They almost always include small complementary bags of chips. If we get charged for them in store, it's just for the chips. Today our process was a little different because our vehicle and only means of transportation was stolen last month. And our kitchen has been off limits for 3 weeks due to water repairs.. Closest location to me to order delivery from, was southgate. Right before placing the order, I called the location and told them I was placing an order with grubhub, but they didn't give the option to order side of chips without also ordering queso. So I asked the girl on the phone if I needed to order some separately to ensure chips were put in the bag. She said no, we will put complementary ones in there for you. (We spent $40, and paid for double meat in both.) I say okay, she asks my name, done. I place the order. My grubhub driver texts me, so I reply and say I already talked to the restaurant but please make sure there's chips in the bag or my kids will be upset. He says, no hips in bag. I'm like hmm I just talked to her 5 mins again I'll be happy to speak to her? My driver explains and then the manager literally flips out on him and stays "we are never doing this again". We open the bowls and the food is cold, even though the driver was early and very quick, and they only put chicken, beans, and Pico in my kids bowl.. no cheese, no rice, no queso, lettuce, none of anything we asked for. Mine was also cold, and had most of what I asked for besides the steak that I paid for. $40 in food to be told that tiny bags of chips that are supposed to come with, are a problem, while our food was cold and not prepared correctly. Mind you, we are unable to go anywhere and unable to use our kitchen! Feeling...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow what an awful experience. I usually love qudoba The fresh flavors and friendly staff are usually welcoming and enjoyable experience. This time not so much not only did they serve me the incorrect thing I asked for kids burrito he proceeded to make me a kids burrito after saying that itās OK and then when I got to the register charge me for an adult burrito Iāve been asked what is this I ask her kids burrito thinking very kindly I asked motherfuc The fresh flavors and friendly staff are usually welcoming and enjoyable experience. This was no such qudoba. Not only was the staff rude and obviously judge mental of our order he also after I asked for a kids burrito said OK thatās fine. When I got to the register I noticed my total seemed off as the kids burrito used to be 450 it came with a drink and a side of chips beans or applesauce. This time oh no no they charge me for an adult meal and when I asked quite kindly oh Iām sorry I think you have my total wrong date were short with me and proceeded to inform me after they had already made my kids Barito it would be charged an adult one because they no longer offered that. I would think if they didnāt offer it anymore he wouldāve told me when I asked for in the beginning for it to be made they are obviously a bunch of stupid idiots who deserve to be burned at the stake. I will not be returning to this particular Qdoba I am mortified at the ineptitude of these employees I would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFull disclosure⦠I initially left a 5 star review to get 10% off, but it was bothering me that I wasnāt being fully honest about the experience, so I had to come back and make it right. The service I usually receive from this Qdoba is great 95% of the time as it was this time, but there were some issues with the food⦠when I asked for fajita veggies, I purposely hesitated and even wrinkled up my nose in disdain at the state of them as they were the very bottom and they looked pretty dead. She didnāt catch it apparently and still gave me the dead veggies, making no effort to get some fresh ones. That was the only problem I had, until after I left with my order. The next problem I had and this is an ongoing problem⦠the tortilla chips are way, way over salted. Itās so bad that I usually have to rub the salt off each individual chip, which is a pain when I would just like to dig in. There is also sometimes a problem with the amount of chips I get, as well, as I usually end up running out before all my 3 Cheese Nachos(my favorite dish there) are gone. Other than those items, I am happy with the portions I usually receive and the usually fast and friendly service. Like I said, I had to be honest about things and they canāt fix the issues if they donāt know about them. With that, I love Qdoba and do highly...
