There are discrepancies between their app/website menu and what they actually serve in store. There is a purple yam latte on both the app menu and the website and we were allowed to complete an online order including that drink only to arrive for pick up and be told they no longer have that drink. With online ordering being so prevalent, I can’t understand how these kinds of mistakes and false advertising continues to happen and be acceptable at this and so many other establishments. Their menu is also confusing. They have a “milk strike” section that specifies drinks are made with lactaid, and the regular drinks on the menu warn contains dairy, but when we asked then for a milk tea to be made with lactaid in place of the purple yam latte we had already paid for the employees claimed that ALL drinks on their menu were lactose free and made with lactaid, even though in person we could also clearly see the small and limited “milk strike” section on their menu behind them. Their online menu needs to remain updated with only drinks they will actually make, the contents of their products need to be made clear, and their menu needs to clarified (dairy free/not dairy free) for both their customers and their staff. Anyone with food allergies or sensitivities should avoid consuming drinks from here at least until these issues are fixed. As far as taste, none of the drinks were amazing. One person in our group who ordered the peach milk tea could not even finish their drink as it has an awful sour, floral flavor and tastes nothing like peach. Would not recommend this drink if you are looking for a peach tea that actually tastes of peaches...
Read moreI feel like when I first came to this humble Boba shop. I was very surprised and happy that I found it but now not so much and I literally just went back a day ago with a friend and we both enjoyed it. But this time around I was not happy. I wasn't happy with the fact that I ordered a beverage from DoorDash and it came out to be something completely different. I tried to call Kung fu tea to see if they would be willing to reimburse me with a different drink or to correct the drink I ordered. But I was told that they had no control over the mistake and it's not their fault That the order was put in wrong through DoorDash. I tried to explain to how what I got was completely wrong compared to the depiction on DoorDash and they told me that was out of their control. I called DoorDash and they give me Credit for a different order. And of course used that credit for Culver's and got a Oreo concrete. I don't know maybe my anger and my disappointment is being misplaced, but this is how I feel and I am not happy with the order period. I now feel like I won't be a constant customer for this was a pretty upsetting and waste of money, mistake.
My order was supposed to be a frozen Oreo wow and when I got it, it was a hot Oreo wow which in my opinion looks disgusting and tasted disgusting. And usually, at least the three times, I've been to kung fu tea. I've loved their drinks but this time it's not the same. So now I've learned my lesson and I don't plan on ever ordering kung fu tea through any delivery service. I based my decision on a picture alone and I should've never have done that. Obviously, that was a big mistake...
Read moreWe have come here multiple times. Their chicken tenders, no lie, are 10/10. Thee absolute BEST I’ve had in my entire 34yrs of living. 😂 no exaggeration. They’re beyond flavorful. Their spicy tenders are my favorite. Our son likes the original tenders. And it’s fresh and HOT every single time. Their boba/drinks are delicious too. Idk if they make their brown sugar boba or what. But it’s the best I’ve had as well. Coconut milk tea, with brown sugar boba, is amazing. The employees are always super nice too. My son asks to come here multiple times a week. He used a bunch of his Christmas money to come here 😅 … idk why this place isn’t blown up all the time. This needs a better location. I wish it was right down the street from me. We’d stop by...
