This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Me and my family are on vacation here and it got cut short activity wise because of the food poisoning everyone got from here. When we first got our food and I first started eating I found a long black hair in my noodles as soon as I opened it! Totally lost my appetite, didn't eat anything else from what we got from here. Everyone else that ate from this horrible place ended up being extremely sick, my sister in law who's a nurse was taking care of everyone but even my mother in law was so bad she had to go to the ER. We called right away to report this, they said they would relay our number to the owner. The owner calls me and says we're lying and they weren't going to refund us or do anything to help us. We were nice as can be given the circumstances and he was incredibly rude and HUNG UP ON ME. We called back the personal cell phone he called us from and the same man answered saying that he isn't affiliated with this restaurant at all and I had the wrong number and to stop calling. When I called the restaurant back everyone was playing dumb saying there was no manager there and they had no way of getting a hold of the manager or owner. I will be making a trip down as soon as my mother in law gets back from the hospital. So in conclusion not only did we get extremely sick from this place but they were also super rude and inconsiderate and didn't even so much as get an apology for this. Read moreUsually like the place, but there was a discrepancy between our online price and delivery price which is understandable with restaurants switching to and working out the kinks of delivery during this time. I was happy to pay the difference as long as I reviewed a receipt, the person on the phone immediately got an attitude with me and it made me feel like they were assuming I didn't want to pay? I don't know.
She began telling me about how the delivery driver was going to have to pay the difference of my order ($7.08) out of their own pocket to cover the cost of their price and the one I saw online. Which to me just seems like an awful business practice to begin with... I said that's ok I would like to pay that and make sure the driver had a decent tip; all while the person on the phone was almost yelling at me telling me I needed to pay when I was literally telling them I wanted to give them more money. All in all be careful, they are extremely unpleasant people to work with and have super shady business practices by making their drivers pay for the difference in price between their online orders and actual pricing. We showed up at 3pm and there wasn’t a sole there. They still managed to provide terrible service. First we received our sushi rolls before glasses of water or silverware? Then our friend order pineapple fried rice with tofu and vegetables, when it came with meat we explained they are vegetarian. The server refused to correct the dish as if it was our fault and told we’d have to pay for another. Restaurant charge more for a roll with avacado and cucumber ($12) then for tuna roll ($10). They forgot to bring our soup out… we had finish our main course and when we tried to cancel the soup they refused and then brought the soup out totally late.
