Back Door Grill — Restaurant in Four Corners States

They get 4 stars only after the manager and our new server Mya took care of us, we were a party of 6 me, my wife our 3 kids 2 twin boys 7 years old and our teenage daughter 16 and her friend who was also 16. We sat outside and when our server came we gave him our drink our order which was 1 Dr Pepper and 2 unsweetened ice teas, we then gave him our order which was chips and salsa with queso for an appetizer, our boys ordered a hot dog and cheese burger, our daughter chicken wings, her friend the all-American cheese burger and my wife and I ordered the burger bowl salad (which was pretty good). Well, after giving our order, several other tables were seated and their orders were taken and their food delivered and then finally after about 35-40 minutes my wife's like maybe you should ask. So I asked the manager and come to find out our server completely forgot about us, we ended up with a different server, and they got our food out to us very quickly and promptly we didn't get endless supply of chips only the one order I will work food and beverage as a server front of the house back at the house and they didn't seem super busy. But the manager did state that the server got flustered, which can happen anyways wound up, turning out pretty good, and the manager was kind and took care of our bill. What a cute little burger joint! We were looking for a specific store and found this burger place nearby so we decided to go in for a quick bite. We had no idea it was going to be such a fun and delicious place!

The entrance faces the back of the main street and the downstairs seating is very limited but they do have an upstairs. We got lucky and got the last open table before the lunch crowd.

I had the appetizer sampler and my guy has the bison cheeseburger with onion ring. Appetizer sampler can go 2 ways: disgusting as expected or surprisingly delicious. And this place was the latter! They got the frying down! It was the fried pickle, fried mozzarella cheese stick, Buffalo wing nuggets, fried jalapeño bombs. I know that's a lot of fried food but they were not greasy at all and crunchy on the outside and perfect on the inside, even the chicken nuggets. You can tell they use fresh ingredient bc the nuggets were juicy on the inside instead of the dried frozen stuff.

Boyfriend said the burger was delicious. I only tried the onion rings and I could have eaten a whole plate of them!

The atmosphere was fun. The walls are covered in dollar bills as well as the ceiling. There were 3 huge TV with games on. I can see what a great place this would be to catch a game with friends.

Update in response to your reply: gee.if only I had thought of that....yes I absolutely did call (as stated in origibal review) and I was ignored they told me a manager would call me back that never happened. Now, this is me having to Chase you around in circles. Your donation has nothing to do with anything. I'm not sure how donating a $100 to your church absolves you from stealing money because I read The Bible and Jesus isn't into thievery there Robin hood. I guess I'll just dispute the charge with my bank since I've left my number and you have done nothing to remedy it. Bless your heart. I'm a long time local and we have been coming here forever and it's usually great... last month I was there the Burger they brought me was cold. Then we went in on the 11th, we ended up having to leave to meet friends somewhere else. All I had was 2 drinks and chips and salsa. I'm a really good tipper and tipped $10 on a $30 tab. Then, when I was reconciling my checkbook, it turns out they gave themselves a $15 tip!!!

I called to remedy this and was very nice about it (mistakes happen) I was told a manager would call me back no one has called me back.

Beware apparently they're willing to steal your money now, how sad how steamboat...
