Not only do the delivery, drivers never know how to even sign the locations on their map of how to get to where they're going. But they also have false advertising advertising that you can buy a pizza today and get an emergency pizza within a month later. But it's not a free pizza because then you have to turn around and buy the damn pizza in order for them to even want to deliver it to you. Then they decide not to deliver it to you because they say they can't find you on the map. It isn't that hard to follow the instructions on the GPS and the directions on the GPS take you directly to my front door but yet they say oh we couldn't find you. Comes at you! Hostily yelling at you about not having your unit number on your order, but yet when you log into your Domino's account, it clearly has the unit number on it. So it's clearly an issue with their system or the driver, but yet the driver wants to yell at me. So I'm glad that I'm leaving because this is the last order that Domino's will get for me. I'll take my business to Little Caesars or two bojos or somewhere else. I will choose a better place to get better pizza even if it comes at a slightly higher cost just to avoid this treatment. Telling me my unit number is not on my account when...
ย ย ย Read moreThis location(maybe all Domino's stores do, I don't know) uses a call center, not the actual store, to place orders over the phone. That by itself, all other things ignored, is reason enough to leave a 1 star review.
Every living organism on earth knows how frustrating it is to call a place and get a call center instead of the place you called. Isolated tribal people in remote jungles in Papua New Guinea, who have had no contact whatsoever with the developed world, know how frustrating it is to get a call center instead of the place you called. Infants are born with no other innate knowledge than how frustrating it is to get a call center instead of the place you called.
There isn't even one single viable reason why a local pizza place needs to use a call center to take orders, especially in a place like Evergreen. If Domino's Corporate is responsible for the choice, the company should be dissolved and all senior leadership should be permanently banned from all future participation in leadership positions of any kind. If this franchise owner specifically made the call, the owner should be exiled for life and made to forfeit all worldly assets.
No one should buy...
ย ย ย Read moreDomino's apparently has a new system. Evergreen Domino's now uses a call center when calling to place an order. It was difficult but not impossible to understand the person I spoke with. I placed an order for a medium 3 topping pizza and cheesey bread with a side of marinara sauce. The operator confirmed my order correctly. However the driver showed up with just the pizza. I can't blame the driver bc he did not take the order so I paid him and tipped him accordingly. I called the Evergreen Domino's he claimed just the pizza was ordered. He also said they don't have cheesey bread at this location. I was told, from an undisclosed source, that orders had NOT been accurate since orders began going through the call center. I always try to place a positive in my reviews and I can positively say the driver was great. However I did not get his so I can reward him some kudos. Sorry. Overall, not a good experience and definitely not the experience I expect and have received in the past. Perhaps someone else might have a...
