McDonald's — Restaurant in Colorado

The restrooms, men and women's, were filthy. I'm told the urinals didn't flush so there was just a puddle of urine in them. The women's handicap toilet didn't flush and the other stall had a toilet lid that blocks the flush sensor, who does that? The amount of flies in the restrooms was disgusting, the hand dryers stay on for a mere 6 seconds, paper towel dispensers were empty as well as the hand sanitizer. Then moving to the dining area tables left dirty from previous guests, trash inside and out overflowing. I ordered table service and eventually the manager brought it out after they called an order number several times, which you are nit provided with when ordering table service through the app. I was missing food and went to the counter to inquire about it and 3 employees walked past me, one went and sat at the only clean table that was available which I and my family were sitting at, yes he saw us there, yet when I was inquiring about the missing items he went and took our table leaving us to find another and clean it ourselves. The 3 employees that walked past me while I was at the counter did not acknowledge me at all, the manager, who had just stuffed food in his mouth behind the counter, ignored me at first but saw I wasn't leaving so , with food in his mouth, came and asked me what I needed. I told him and he argued with me. I eventually got my meal, went to the drink station where I got to wear my Sprite because the nozzles were not on correctly on either option, the area was strewn with trash and is in perfect view of ALL employees, I then proceeded to sit at my new table which my family cleaned only to be bombarded with more flies. I get it, it's McDonald's and not a 5 star restaurant but this...

Everytime I go here they mess up my order in some new way that I honestly cannot take it anymore!

They have put whipped cream on my smoothie, forgotten three things from my seven item order, I asked for bacon on a sandwich and they gave me one piece after charging me for three, every time I try to get a chicken sandwich I have to wait an absurd amount of time, I've been given the wrong order multiple times, I got a large fry with a quarter of the fries in it, half the time I get food it isn't even put together correctly so it's a complete mess to try and eat, if I ask for extra pickles, not only will they not do it, they rarely ever put more than two of them on let alone in different spots, and not to mention the staff is generally unfriendly and flippant towards customers.

I've been all over the country and this is the worst one I've ever been to. It's absolutely ridiculous because it's a McDonald's. I expect it to be not the greatest of food. Recently it's just gotten so bad here that I need to write this just to vent about this building's hold on my mental psyche. Go literally anywhere else and you'll get better food, quality,...

I am so ashamed at McDonald's at the moment. Me and my fiance ordered 4 McDoubles with Mac Sauce, a large fry to share and him a large drink. When we got to our truck I poured our large fry in the bottom of the bag we looked at all of our McDoubles and noticed we didn't have Mac Sauce on any of them. That is $2 wasted. So I went inside and told the cashier who was a sweetheart and told me he will fix it. They took our bag and fixed our burgers and put them in a new bag without our fries. When I said something about the fries a woman around in her 40s, short, bigger, and Hispanic, put a medium fry in there. I told her it was a large. She replies with "I know but there was only a couple in there." I told her "No we didn't even touch our fries I just poured them in the bag" then she gets an "attitude" and tells me "well there's your fries" and walked away. I am upset. I spent money on a large fry and didn't even get it. Instead I got a medium. Why did she have to be so mean? Why couldn't they have just used the same bag? Is she the manager? I want to speak to...
