I used to be a big fan of the food here until my last order on Sunday evening. Ordered a half order of spaghetti with meatballs and a carnivore calzone. The half order of spaghetti was just okay, but what was really upsetting is the portion size was tiny, the meatball (singular) was dry, and the roll that came with it was smashed flat, almost looking intentionally smashed. I would have been better off going to Fazoli's and I hate the food there!

The calzone was a mess! Pepperoni was stacked up on one side, not spread throughout, couldn't even see, much less taste, the bacon, and the rest of the meat was just NOT good.

Let's talk about the service! Teenagers who can barely string sentences together, much less have a clue how to greet someone by saying common phrases like hello, hi, how may I help you!

Looking for better Italian food and pizza? Head on over to Big Bill's! Sorry Nicolo's, change it up or go out of business, it's really that simple. There are far better options out there than to have to...

If you go here for pizza, get the deep dish(still pricey for the quality), don't bother with thin. These are pictures of their 'thin crust'. They should have specified 'thin', as this couldn't pass for more that a flimsy piece of cardboard which tastes exactly how it looks. True Chicago thin would laugh at this, as even Chicago thin(Rosati's, Lou's, Giordano's, Ginos East, Pompeii, etc) still has very good thickness, double/triple of Nicolos thin. Had I known prior it was $13 for this grocery store Tombstone I would have laughed. In addition, upon calling to put in my order I was placed on 'hold'(hung up on) twice before a successful third call, and they completely botched my phone number. What if they wanted to get a hold of me after the order to ask if I wanted my thin crust any thinner?! I feel bad for that guy if they called him.. Good thing my friends weren't very hungry and had most of the deep dish to...

The staff was very friendly when I arrived to pick-up my order, but I was annoyed that I needed to re-heat everything in my oven once I got home (I was early for pick up and don’t live far). The sauce was yummy though and plenty of cheese on the deep dish pizza. However, I’m not sure how I feel about the deep dish crust. The outer crust was thick, but the bottom was very thin (not what I was expecting).

I was also disappointed that our zucchini appetizer tasted like frozen cafeteria food and the children’s mac n’ cheese was made from a box of Kraft. I could have spent less money making my own box at home if that’s what I wanted. The quality of the non-pizza items were especially poor.

I don’t know if I’ll order take-out a second time due to temperature issues, but I’d like to dine-in and give their regular crust pizza a try. Again, polite and...

We got the all meat deep dish pizza (of course it's Chicago style!) and it was very very good. Great flavor, crust was crispy and delicious, and we had plenty left over to take home. We also got the mozzarella sticks that were very good as well. Service was good. We went around lunch during the weekday and we were the only ones there which was kind of surprising because of how good the pizza was. The atmosphere was fine. Nothing fancy. Overall a very good experience, and the pizza was great.

Pizza wasn’t terrible. Minus one star since they charged 3.5 for toppings that were basically non existent (see photo). A couple of fresh tomato slices and maybe 10 minuscule pieces of burned basil. Couldn’t taste any of it at all. Minus another star since they never gave any option to replace provolone cheese with mozzarella on any of their pizzas. Had to order something we didn’t want since it was the only pizza that said it had mozzarella. $23 for this medium pizza (and we did carry out)
