This store is a test store. This means that they do strange things. Sometimes it is good, like last year when they had breakfast, which was amazing and one of the best breakfasts I have eaten at a fast food place, but they did not keep or expand it to other markets. Sometimes it is confusing and can be a rip off. Currently, the kids meals only give you 3 options: a chicken and cheese taco, a cheese quesadilla, or a bean cheese and rice burrito (instead of the usual 3 or 4 items with open options on meats and other ingredients). Trying to get the burrito in a bowl instead of a tortilla for my child due to allergies was like moving mountains. If you want ANY other ingredients they will tell you it is $1 extra and then charge you $2 extra. We then also used a reward in the app for "3 free knockout tacos" which were listed at $9.75. We were still charged $1.86 for it so it was a credit for only $7.90, which is the cost of a vegetarian burrito, so it wasted an extra 300 rewards points verses just redeeming a burrito. Just be prepared when you come in. It will be different, but it is a gamble as to whether it is better or worse. And the staff will likely be impatient and act like it is your fault that their store is different. It is just strange.

Qdoba in Steamboat Springs is a culinary delight, consistently serving up delicious meals in a welcoming environment. Each visit guarantees flavorful, well-prepared dishes that satisfy the taste buds. The atmosphere in the restaurant is inviting and pleasant, complemented by a clean, well-maintained space. Staff members are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Its prime location enhances its appeal, offering convenience for both locals and visitors alike. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, this Qdoba stands out for its consistent quality, great ambiance, and convenient location. A must-visit for anyone in the area!

Agree with the other reviewers - this is the worst Qdoba I've been to. Portions crazy stingy and small. The guy experienced mid-scoop regret while doling out the guac and actually returned half the scoop back to the serving dish lest he be too generous. They were out of fajita veggies. Out of steak. Out of quesadillas too??? HOW? Photo shows "extra lettuce." The metal serving containers were lined with plastic -- nobody wants to eat food steaming in plastic. Customer line was disorganized and they kept shuffling us back and forth.

Good food but it seems to be mismanaged. I've probably driven there 10 times in the past few months only to find that it is closed. Closed because of staffing issues, closed for maintenance, closed indefinitely for some other reason (made me wonder if it was a failed cleaning inspection), often you can't tell until you get out and walk up to the door and try to open in. Today I get there and see the big red neon "Open" sign so I park and walk to the door where I find a piece of paper that says "Closed for an hour or so" (what does that mean???) Why not at least give a time, how do I know if that's an hour more or 5 minutes from now. I looked in and saw employees eating behind the counter. Whatever, I waited about 5 minutes and then went to McDonalds... I've never seen a QDOBA run like this one. I've been happy with QDOBA's elsewhere up to this point, almost never found one to be closed unless it was very late. Again, I like QDOBA and I like it's food, I just find this particular location to be extremely...

Visited the Colorado Springs location and had such an awesome experience we decided to try the one in Steamboat Springs when we arrived and was definitely disappointed. Not only was the meat seasoned differently, the portion size was also much smaller, asked for a double serving of meat, which was a joke. That wasn’t too big of a deal, as I have run into this at multiple places before. However, I could not believe my eyes when I saw the lady behind the counter @2pm on 1/15/2020 (in case they check the cameras) eating the meat straight out of the buckets that they serve the meat out of. Then she dipped her chip in the guacamole as I watched in disbelief. I will never be back and recommend that no one goes to this location. This is a health violation and very unsanitary. I was sick to my stomach as I watched her bare hands touch the food that everyone else was eating. She was also licking her fingers and then placing her hand back in the food. If I could give 0...
