I used to come here a lot and it was good but recently they got some new workers who have just made it not a great place. First of all the last two times I have gone in there it is the same three women that sit there and talk and will continue to do so until their conversation is over and you can sit and wait the 5 to 10 minutes for them to finish. then when they come to take your order they do not apologize for making you wait. Then my card kept declining I for sure had money on it and they told me it was my card so I went and bought something with it at the self-checkout and it was fine when I asked her if she was ringing it up correctly she shrugged at me and said they changed the register and now it's not working with my card which makes no sense. I asked her if she could try to figure it out real quick so I can get my drink she turned to the other lady and they both shrugged at me.... They did not want to deal with me ( I was very polite. don't mess with the people who handle your food) they just wanted to go back to talking. I go to Starbucks every single day and I will take my money to one of the other ones with...

But what really stood out was what happened next. As I was leaving, I accidentally spilled my coffee all over. I went back in, unsure of what to expect, but he just laughed, stopped what he was doing, and made me another coffeeāno hesitation, no complaints. He truly went above and beyond.
The coffee was great, but the kindness and service were what made this experience unforgettable. Five stars for going the extra mile and for creating such a special moment. Iāve been wanting to share this for a long time, so here it is....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off, I never go to Starbucks, But saw something called a mocha cookie frapp and decided to try it. They lady that made it was rude, when it was done she thought it was for some else (which I donāt mind) but when they rejected it she just put it down and said whoever ordered this is ready then rolled eyes and walked away. And not only was it a terrible drink but somehow warm. I thought those drinks were frozen like milkshakes and this just was warm mush, idk exactly. It was awful, took 2 sips then threw my $6 drink out which is expensive for a small cup of awfulness or small cup in...
